The garments came and not as shown on…do not buy from them

The garments came and not as shown on the video. They look like pyjamas in horrible polyester fabric without any stretch. Different fabric does not stretch as indicated but stated on label. Contacted Sydney Stylista only want to refund 10% not happy. Contacted again then offered 20% I’m still not happy. Misleading as sent from China not Australia. Beware do not buy from them. I am contacting consumer Affairs as not delivered as stated and shown.

Not Located in Sydney, Wrong Product Delivered

Hi,

I ordered their trench coat in beige and I received a wrong product. The color was silverish grey. The product delievered is not what i ordered. When i contacted them, they are making me pay for the return cost where the incorrect product was delivered to me. I have sent them photos of what was delivered to me and they have agreed its incorrect but still i have to pay the cost of return shipping which sounds insane and bad service.

There warehouse is in China so please beware. Its not Sydney based. Their website shows easy customer service review, i bet its fabricated too.
