Efficient at first then a let down!

Started off as a friendly, efficient service - came the following day and revisited again 10 or so days later.

However, a few weeks later upon hearing rats again in my loft, I contacted Sykes again. They replied saying it was in the diary for the following day. I waited for a call but nothing. 2 days later I rang them only to be told he was on holiday and would get back to me after his week off!

Not what you want to hear when dealing with rats in your loft!
