They took the money and disappeared.!!!
After placing an order online and picking up from the store, upon arrival at the store I was told that the products are not in stock in the store even though it is written online that everything is in stock. They asked me to place a new order with the products as they have in stock and I was told that they would cancel the first order and that I would receive a refund. Now more than two weeks have passed and I still have not received a refund or any reference to the request to cancel the order.!!!
They just took the money and disappeared.!!!

I discovered Sykkelpikene in March of 2021 and have bought many products from them since, including an E-bike, baskets, tires, a helmet, gloves and other accessories. When I'm out on the road bicycling, people I meet often ask where I purchased something I'm using from Sykkelpikene. And whenever I have questions, I simply call Sykkelpikene in search of solutions and have never been disappointed by either their customer service or technical assistance.
