ITEM NOT RECEIVED OR REFUNDED

Ordered and paid for intimate product Sylk from this company direct. I observed the tracking details and waited for the delivery much longer than the relevant time slot but nothing was delivered. The company have disputed this, being rude in emails and sending a proof of delivery which is at someone else’s front door and definitely not mine.
They have made lots of offensive comments and have even called me by the wrong name. Their customer service is extremely bad. I wouldn’t buy anything from this company as I have paid for a product I have never received, been called dishonest and not been refunded for something that has either never been sent out or gone to another person who has kept it.
It’s been a very bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend Sylk Ltd to anyone.
