Verzending/verkeerde product
Het heeft een behoorlijke periode geduurd voordat ik ze ontving. Ik moest zelf het bedrijf mailen ivm de verzending/track & trace… uiteindelijk wel gekregen en er werd wel snel gereageerd…
Echter… had ik de rode bonsai bloemen besteld… en heb roze gekregen… dat is wel een beetje jammer…
