Totally different from what was advertised
The chain was black and faded, even worse that the chain I already had for years

I already requested a refund but no one has responded to me just yet

Excellent customer service!
Bought a cute tennis bracelet which I loved, but unfortunately broke. Emailed with a photo of the broken bracelet and it was replaced with a new one, free of charge, straight away with no issues. Would definitely buy from them again.

I was very pleased with the duo necklace I received. It was unfortunate the chain broke off at the clasp, but with the lifetime guarantee, I contacted the company and they responded quickly a replacement chain would be sent. I get many nice comments on the necklace.

I purchased the silver set and the gold set of the duo necklaces. I absolutely love both sets. The clasp started to open a little bit on my silver set so I contacted them. I was immediately notified that a replacement order had already been sent! This company is amazing!!

I ordered 5 duo necklaces for Christmas gifts for my daughters and step daughters. When i receved the order i wanted to make some adjustments from a cross to a pendant and different chain types. Melody was wonderful to work with. She put up with me from beginning to end and I really appreciate all of her help in making sure I was happy with my final order. I received my gorgeous Minimal Pendant Necklace Duo (Silver) on February 9 (& thanks to their prompt fulfillment & shipping processes, as well as attention to detail for packaging) ... I put them on my neck the moment I opened my package, and haven't taken them off since. I'm not only thrilled with the quality & craftsmanship ... but with the absolute beauty of them.
