The ring does seem to make crowds feel less overwhelming, just not every time. A mixed experience but still positive.

Ring ordered never arrived. Attempted to contact by telephone number does not exist.
Went to bank to charge back only when doing this did company email me then had the audacity to ask me to cancel the charge back and they would refund me. So in good faith I cancelled charge back and yet to receive refund!

Overall the ring is okay, it looks classy and the quality is alright ,though its not perfect

I am really pleased with how elegant and well-made the jewellery is . The detailing looks beautiful in person, though the finish could be slightly finer. Still, a lovely piece overall

My Vitality Ring helped after a while, but the results weren't instant . It took about a week to notice less migraines and slightly better sleep. Overall, decent but not amazing

The ring is not magnetic. I have been told I will be refunded but its been 3 weeks since they told me that and I'm still waiting. Give it a miss!

The ring is too big, the magnets are glued on top and the ring comes from China.Don’t buy something like that!

Delivery was smooth and the ring looks good. I have seen slight changes though I am not fully convinced.

Do not buy a ring, the rings are useless. Received mine too big couldn’t resize as it’s impossible. The magnets are stuck on with what looks like a glue gun. I was told to donate to charity but it’s not even worth doing that, it was binned. I had to chase for a refund even when they said they would. My credit card company supported me and it’s been received. I wished I’d checked more reviews other than Facebook, as they clearly remove negative feedback!

When purchasing from the website, I believed I was ordering from a trusted UK brand. The site gives the impression that products are based and shipped from the UK, and only upon re-checking did I notice the small note saying “designed in the UK.” Instead, my order arrived much later than expected, shipped from China, and the quality is far below what was advertised.

The issues with my order are as follows:
• Packaging: The rings arrived in a plain white envelope with the items in small plastic bags – nothing like the branded packaging shown on your website.
• Product Quality: The rings are far too large, even after trying to adjust them, and they do not fit even on my thumb. They are therefore unusable.
• Lack of Instructions: No instructions were included, despite the website presenting the product as if it came with clear usage details.
• Value for Money: I paid over £40 for these three rings, which is extremely disappointing given the poor quality. Similar items could be found on sites such as Temu or Amazon for a fraction of the price (around £4).
• Misleading Representation: The way the product was marketed on your website made it appear to be a premium UK-based brand. In reality, what I received is nowhere near the standard suggested by your advertising.

Overall, this purchase has been very disappointing and feels misleading. The reviews on your own site are positive, but after receiving my order I researched further and found much less flattering feedback elsewhere.

I seem to be experiencing the same as other Sylvori migraine ring buyers. Ring received was too small. Was promised a refund immediately and that I could donate the original ring to charity. Currently not received refund. When I query by email I receive

As a suggestion, if you'd like, you could donate the items to a local charity near you. It's a meaningful way for them to be used by someone who may benefit.

Which is a lovely reply, but doesn’t manifest a refund.

Ordered 3 rings 2 were so small just about fit on my little finger, the 3rd was too big. Couldn’t make the small ones bigger. Very disappointing. Contacted Sylvori and was amazed at their response arranging refund straight away! Well nearly 4 weeks later and my emails are being ignored.

I ordered a ‘vitality ring’ as a gift on 26th August. The website made it appear as though the company was UK-based with quick delivery (a few days being the given timescale). In reality, the order came from China, tracking stalled for weeks, and the parcel finally arrived well after the date it was needed.

When it did arrive, the quality was appalling - laughable really. The ring came in a plastic bag with a note saying their ‘usual packaging was out of stock’ and had magnets visibly glued on. It looked like cheap, mass-produced tat you’d find for a few pounds on Shein or Temu, yet it was sold as a premium product at a premium price.

I emailed to request a refund, but was ignored. My review on their website never appeared (they seem to publish only 4–5 star reviews or fake them altogether). In the end I had to raise a chargeback through my bank.

This company misrepresents its location, delivery timescales, and product quality. Their customer service is non-existent. I would strongly advise avoiding them.

Not received ring even though sats dispatched & with evri. Should have looked herec1st but desperate for migraine relief . Scammers, avoid this company.
