Poor reception signage and service
Poor experience getting to what I needed in time because of their reception desk.
First I couldn't find it -- there is no signage whatsoever -- neither at the main entrance nor at/near the reception which looks more-or-less just like another office.
After a kind person told me where to find it there was a queue -- becausr all the three staff members there were having a lengthy, casual conversation with the same person instead of dealing with the people waiting.
