This is the right distributor, I wasted my time elsewhere so you don’t have to.
Although I am fairly new to Symphonic I have already seen a big difference from my previous (recommended) distributor.
Symphonic gets back to your requests and questions very quickly, sometimes the same day. That hasn’t been my experience elsewhere. This is important to me because I am still learning the ropes and tend to need a bit more support than people that have been through the process.
I do find it takes a little bit longer for your songs to get published, but they do it right the first time. Again, not my experience.
I find the layout fairly straightforward and the learning curve didn’t take too long. By the time I put up my first couple songs I felt like a pro and fly through the process now.
I like to know I have them behind me if I have questions, need support or just cant figure something out. I feel like this is where I’m going to stay and I know they’ll behind the whole process with me!

I have not worked with Symphonic, as I am still in the process of deciding on a distributor, hence this is why I am here reading the reviews. I will give them credit for responding to the reviews, good and bad. I dont really see this from any other distributor. This means they are not hiding from any situation and will try to resolve it! I will be making a decision soon.

Remarkable Distribution Service
I have been working with Symphonic for almost two years. They came highly recommended by an engineer I trust. Making the work of distributing your songs in a very understandable, complete format is what they do.
Count on them. Once you've uploaded your metadata, which is a job only our side can do, they do the rest. Your songs are then distributed with the appropriate numerical signatures one needs in order to have your music legal and protected in the digital divide!

This DSP is one of the few that still has humans still working in the background, putting effort and care into their customers. They still offer more than many competitors.

Im starting these days my first steps in symphonic and already they found some digital information that i was searching about couple of distribution platforms that many years ago ask me for help me with distribution.

Dissatisfying Experience with Symphonic Distribution
As an independent artist, I entrusted Symphonic Distribution with the distribution of my music catalog, comprising approximately a thousand tracks. Unfortunately, several aspects of their service did not meet my expectations:
Financial Transparency: I observed adjustments in my earnings that I did not understand, including negative streams without detailed explanation.
Communication: Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and their platform, I did not receive satisfactory responses to my inquiries.
Due to these issues, I made the decision to withdraw my entire catalog from Symphonic Distribution and seek another distribution service more suited to my needs.

Thank you for your response — unfortunately, it’s just as vague as the “adjustments” you're referring to.
Yes, I’ve seen the Adjustments tab. No, it doesn’t actually provide any meaningful detail: amounts appear (often negative), with no clear explanation, no reference date, and no indication of which platform they relate to.
And when I reached out for clarification, I either received no answer or a generic reply like the one you’ve just posted here.
Complexity is not an excuse for a lack of transparency. A basic level of clarity is not a luxury — it’s the minimum one should expect when trusting a company with their music revenue.
That’s why I decided to remove my entire catalog and work with a distributor that values transparency and reliability. Best of luck.
