Justin Skiles started off treating me kindly and I did not feel ignorant for getting myself in this money mess. He explained things to me in a simplified way so I was able to understand your company and how everything works. I felt very alone and scared about all this owed money. Plus when the court documents started I was very nervous about what to do and how to handle everything. My father passed away in December and I have been working to get everything set up for the funeral, house and etc. my mom passed away a year prior so my world started looking very sad and in financial trouble. Although most everything is settled with my parents paperwork and payment I still feel like there is a heavy weight on my shoulders. Right before that I had a cousin steal money from my 401k and tried to cash forge checks from my accounts. Thank goodness Justin was there to help me today. I am so grateful for his help and his kindness. Not enough words to say how wonderful Justin was with helping me to get this set up. He is a very good employee because he is good at his job. Thank you for helping me.
