Sync closing accounts in october

Just had an email to say sync are ending all personal accounts in October 2022 even though you can still open an account with them as they are changing the business so they haven't exactly lasted long really which is a sham as have been quite good and would of continued to use them.

Best mobile bank!

I really love this app!!! Been using it for almost a year now and had no issues whatsoever. It’s quick, user friendly and reliable. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for easy and safe banking!

You sent me nothing I sent you over 50 emails £200 sitting o. The account even don't know who I'm and you saying you contacted me? Why you provide a service if the money I'm talking about £200 is pending on my account 4 days now what is your address what is your contact number no one contact me no reply on over 50 emails halloooo

I have been a valued customer for over…

I have been a valued customer for over a year, then one sudden day they block my account and claim to be doing a security review, 12 days later and a million same response emails and im still not able to access my. money, not only that I now have my landlord chasing me for rent which could get me removed I also have over companies chasing me, I am done with waiting, I highly recommend you avoid sync at all costs, well that is unless you want to be locked out for a long period of time. oh and also even the Twitter response seems to be exactly the same:

im sorry but for a bank to respond this way and not even allow me any money, not even the option of transferring it externally is beyond me, anyway you've lost a customer and others i recommend not to use your services,

They are still claiming to not care and won't do anything, they are only allowing me to get further into money worries and troubles, this is putting massive strain on my mental health, sort it out sync

Got sent 37 pounds by my granddaughter and not received it

Got sent 37 pounds by my granddaughter and its not credited my account and nobody replies to my so I presuming I have been robbed by sync yet again another big banker playing us like puppets if there mo ey was missing I can guarantee you it would be a different story and they would get that money back haha I probably won't see my 40 pounds so sync I hope it was worth losing a customer over 37pounds 50 pence you must need it more than myself

Customer service rarely responds. Payments will be sent at random. Incoming and outgoing payments are blocked for no reason. The chances of your money being stolen and your account blocked for no reason are very high. Don't believe their false talk that everything is very official.
IT IS SIMPLY ANOTHER INSTITUTION THAT EARNS ITS MONEY BY SCAMMING CUSTOMERS!

I wanted to say thank you for some really great customer service recently received from Maria and Kimberley The level of support was really appreciated.
Account opened straight away, instantly Bank details received GBP & €, the must important that I appreciate is their fast reply back to all my enquiries, keep the work ongoing because this will become brilliant banking services.
Plus what I loved no atm charges this is great offer from sync to all customers, and will be great if the cash out atm will be increased in the future.
