I have been a valued customer for over a year, then one sudden day they block my account and claim to be doing a security review, 12 days later and a million same response emails and im still not able to access my. money, not only that I now have my landlord chasing me for rent which could get me removed I also have over companies chasing me, I am done with waiting, I highly recommend you avoid sync at all costs, well that is unless you want to be locked out for a long period of time. oh and also even the Twitter response seems to be exactly the same:

im sorry but for a bank to respond this way and not even allow me any money, not even the option of transferring it externally is beyond me, anyway you've lost a customer and others i recommend not to use your services,

They are still claiming to not care and won't do anything, they are only allowing me to get further into money worries and troubles, this is putting massive strain on my mental health, sort it out sync
