The best spoofer I've tried so far. True, there are cheaper spoofers, but they eventually get detected — unlike Sync, which hasn't been detected for a long time, at least as far as DBD goes. I'll definitely buy Lifetime, especially if there are discounts

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have spent 4 days of my life basically troubleshooting everything by myself. And by some miracle through Youtube videos because these guys are useless. Managed to solve everything other than the MAC address issue which has been the issue that has and will cause me to file for a refund.

Let be honest here, you can be an amazing technician but an absolutely crap communicator with very little skill regarding how to interact with actual human being.

Again I figured everything by myself and had to because they would only literally send a SENTENCE A DAY. What kind of support do you can this, it is ridiculous.

They won't read though your messages, asking me questions which I have literally answered prior. I have gone step by step through everything, sent them screenshots and they are still oblivious as to what to do. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I play games to destress and relax me going through a very stressful life, I am not spending money to get stressed out and annoyed by issues with YOUR software. I followed every step and there was still a persistent issue, followed all that they asked of me and here we are.

I am done with you guys, please for the good of your business if you ever expand hire people with person to person skills that can manage sending more than one message a day.

I am currently waiting on support. Only issue i have had is one time bluescreen. WHICH is due to my PC settings blocking it. IT was working great for 10 days now. 10/10 WOULD recommend to any whom may be HWID or will be in the future!!!!!!!!!!
