I hadn't played on this casino for a very long time so went on a few days ago and won nearly $200.00 I tried to withdraw it but I needed to be verified before I could get paid out. Sent in all the documents needed including a bank statement with the deposit I made to Syndicate. It and my utility account weren't accepted. They didn't accept my visa card as my name wasn't on it (I lost my card and this is my replacement card till I get my new one in 2025). they asked me for my bank statement so I sent the one that had been rejected, this time it was accepted (?). They wanted me to send my Visa card so I did this but it wasn't accepted, even though my bank statement showed the first 4 and last 4 digits of my current card and also on the statement was the payment made to them. They now want my last 3 cards which of course I haven't got now. I think they don't want to pay people out and are finding all manner of excuses not to do this. don't go near this casino.

I requested the account closure but they simply not willing to close my account. After chatting with the live chat 20 mins they still don't proceed with my account closure request.
