I booked an appointment via their WhatsApp number. Paige was most helpful and friendly in assisting with this, I would use this service again in future to book further appointments and hopefully Paige will be on hand to help.

They were fantastic from start to finish and giving me a brand new smile..
I have been scared of dentist from an early age but these guys have given me the confidence to trust them..my teeth were in a poor state and made me feel low but now I am always smiling..

Came here for a full upper arch and some composite bonding in my lower teeth, the whole process from the start has been amazing, the staff are super helpful and Imran who did my implants has been great and has dealt with any issues straight away and i would highly recommend using these if you want any work done

Seen Dr Vjala and Nurse Kelly today very personal and professional but also has a laugh with you to put you at ease.

Where do I start? IV had a phobia of dentists for 45 years. Lots of loose teeth. Went to synergy. Had consultant with Dr ujala. Very evasive treatment to have. Her wording makes you just wonder why you have a phobia?. Please if you have a dentist fear Dr ujala and the beautifully nurse bella made this procedure for me !!!. Soooo happy!!!!! And can I just add we had a group hug I'm soo happy. Please if you are mega nervous this is the place to go ... They changed my life xx

Shifa did an amazing job with the Oxyjet treatment. I've used teeth whitening over the years but had some staining from tea and coffee which nothing seemed to get off. Shifa was really patient and thorough and I'm so pleased with the result. Would highly recommend!

Terrible service the dentist was seeing 3 patients at the same time flirting between rooms tried to remove my tooth despite me saying it wasn’t numb she said it was and was just pressure I could feel believe me it wasn’t numb then refused to carry on as she hadn’t the patience or time to deal with the problem

Great service, seen on time, welcoming handshakes,made to feel at ease, great attentive staff, given great advise, happy to award five stars.😁

I find that Synergy like to make me feel like a respected customer and try to make my visit as problem free as possible 10 out of 10 for effort

I’ve left previous reviews about my treatment with Synergy Dental Adlington. Tuesday 15 July was the day I had my temporary Composite Veneers removed and my Permanent Porcelain Veneers fitted. On my first appointment I was so nervous. I hadn’t been to a Dentist for years. From my first appointment I was informed of the best options for myself. Everything was explained in detail. This put me so at ease. Every appointment after became less stressful for me. I am so happy with the results. I’m able to smile without feeling embarrassed. Could I say a big thank you to the receptionist, Dan, and Asma my Dentist .

Following the disappearance off the face of the earth of my last dentist and in the absence of being able to find an NHS dentist, Synergy appeared the most flexible and best value for money private option. I really appreciated the ability to book online and pick the treatment I wanted without having to also be priced out by a ‘new patient check-up’. Their availability was great, and felt reasonably priced for a scale. The treatment itself was fine, dentist very friendly and welcoming. Will use again.

Always good service. Only disappointment this time, I didn't get seen until 15mins after my appointment time.

Had my usual check up, all went well my dentist was polite, friendly and very gentle on examination.
As I'm a very nervous patient especially when seeing a new dentist as on this occasion as my usual one has left the practice, I felt at ease, calm and won't worry about having to go back for treatment in the future. Thanks for your good service.

Excellent service

Had an issue with a zirconia crown that needed re fixing

Booked in within 48 hours and sorted in 10 mins

The dentist was lovely with my daughter considering she was having two teeth out and made her visit as comfortable as possible

I found their service and staff to be excellent, also how they explained what I could have, what would not be good value.

I paid for alot of treatment privately I paid it all upfront and received shocking service. There is no complaints procedure as I've complained multiple times to the branch manager Dan at the surgery & tried to contact a head office but therr dosnt seem to be one
