Synergy Dental clinics first sent me a reminder that my appointment was due. The Synergy has a friendly staff, including the dentist Dr Shazia who took care of me.. She is amazing, ordered the crown for my teeth, based on my case, rebooked me to have it fitted . During the crown fitting, Dr Shazia and her helper were compassionate as I was in pain and that made me feel valued.At the end of my appointment, the dentist educated me on how to take good care of my teeth which I am grateful for. Thank you for taking care of me!❤️

I phoned up and had a consulting of 30quid he listened to me as I was on benefits and didn't have much money and said if I travel from Cornwall to Birmingham he would give me a free check up on my teeth to see what treatment I needed first before they began. So im getting a hygiene clean then im going to have some work done was very helpful and understanding of what I needed.

Ive had an amazing experience with the birmingham surgery. Ive had constant contact from Aisha from the sales team, both pre and post treatment. My dentist,Mr Khan, explained the procedure in great depth and i didnt feel pressured into going ahead with the treatment. I had a single implant and had shopped around before deciding on using Synergy. The reception staff are also very lovely and welcoming. Top marks all round :)

Been attending Birmingham branch for sometime when it was the only local dentist. They always ask for payment upfront which I find strange as no other service ever asks me to do that. Had an issue, I wasn't able to return for the second part of my appointment as last time I only had a check up and not the teeth cleaning as I wasn't feeling well. They said after 3 months the window for treatment is closed and you have to pay again. I went recently paid again for level 1 treatment but because I also needed a filling and I wasn't going to get that done this time around or pay for it in advance and be told the window for treatment has closed! Well, some confusion with the Dentist if she could treatment me or not. Anyway, had the treatment all was fine but I enquired about the Polish which is listed under a Band one and the they said they don't do that anymore. Also the clean up was only for the inside of my teeth, not the outside so it didn't include in any clean on the front of my teeth which they keep saying is Cosmetic and you need to pay an additional fee for that! Also, they aren't taking any more NHS patients when I have rung up for family! Also found the one female dentist I had to be judgemental and made some comments! Not looking to return, while my last treatment was ok I'm not looking to get more work done based on other's comments! I don't want to get sick!

Cant fault Dr Shazia....So good...so efficient and common sense where needed N.B. all dentists take note . A+++++

This is the worst dentist in Birmingham (based in Winston Green, Dudley Road). They only open Mon - wed and that is because the dentist is often on the sick. Their dentist turnover is unbelievable and the management of the practice is awful.why have so many dentists left? This has been going on for years. Even though they open Mon-wed the dentist often fails to come in on Wednesdays. They mostly have one dentist employed at any one time so waiting times are ridiculous. This dentist needs to be investigated.

They make me feel at ease, gentle.

Both of te doctors were really polite and attentive to my needs, i went for a cleaning and a change of a filling and everything went amazingly good. I definitely recommend this doctor.

I booked an appointment for my mum & because of serious family circumstances she was unable to attend, i rang up to rearrange & was easy to rearrange was no problem. When we attended the staff was very polite & my mum loved her experience. Very kind & generous, appreciate the hospitality she recieved.

Dr Shazia and Sana were really amazing. I found Synergy by exploring the internet, I actually live 21 miles away. I have used my local dentists for years. However, I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience at Synergy, I was made very comfortable from my first visit. I have had a bridge and it exceeded my expectations, it is absolutely great, it is perfect. I am coming back to have some cosmetic dentistry soon, I wouldn’t want to go any where else. Thanks Nurse Sana and Dr Qasim. For working positively and patiently with me during my dental procedure. Considering I was experiencing heightened state of anxiety you focused on reassuring me and supporting me through the process. Excellent person centered practices.

I visited the Synergy dentist in Birmingham. I was not impressed. The first thing that I was offered were implants at a cost of £12,000, and what did I think of that plan. I had barely been seated to even think about that price. I was then talked through various dentures that I could possibly have, everyone came with negative advice. That may make you gargle, the metal one will have the wire showing and the flexible denture may be difficult as you have missing teeth. Nothing was encouraging. I was given three quick x-rays, not even shown the teeth that had been x-ray, just telling me about them. I was told the price of what was needed which was a total of over £300,then asked to sign in the ipad.No reason why. I didn't even complete any paperwork when I entered the room, which I found unusual. Then that was it, no encouragement or anything. Wouldn't recommend them. I was so confident that they would be able to help me fix my teeth.

On the 18.01.23 I attended the dentist to remove my wisdom teeth which was really painful however I was advised by other practitioners to go dental hospital but the doctor in the surgery told me not to worry and dealt with my issue very polite and professional highly recommended. The dentist was a lovely lady unfortunately I have forgotten her name but my appointment was at 10:30

Thank you for treating me with care today nice to see a dentist with a bit of time for there patients.. thank you my teeth feel so much better and cleaner
