Options was explained very clear the experience throughout was great the outcome was excellent. i am very happy. The 6 front crowns very good size and colour all staff very friendly I felt comfortable i recommend synergy dental very good work.

I was referred to the practice for extraction of two teeth. However, once in the chair, the dentist discussed which two teeth were to come out, but queried one of them (as there was no tooty there ). I explained that it was definitely the one that he could see, but this was different to the one on the request form ? They tried to contact my dentist to confirm, but couldn't get hold of her. As a result, I could only have one of the teeth removed on this visit. The staff apologised & explained their predicament, to which I fully understood.

I had my teeth done at synergy in great Harwood my dentist was raza hes made me have a beautiful new smile I was not very confident with my teeth before hand and now I really love them thankyou to his assistant soniya and Kelly who were both amazing and lovely any questions I needed answered about my teeth journey were answered

I have recently had composite bonding done by Afzal and my entire treatment journey from start to finish has been fantastic. Every member of staff who dealt with me, even just on a phone call were extremely professional, kind and patient. I was always made to feel like numero uno customer. They are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Afzal and Kelly literally have changed my life. I trusted Afzal in his judgment and decision making completely and I was correct in doing so. He has done an amazing job and I feel fabulous. Thank you for making me look fabulous and giving me back my self confidence.

Went for an emergency root canal today. The dentist was fantastic. He made a terrifying experience manageable and put me at ease. He was friendly and spent time explaining everything to me. Very impressed.

the dentist went above and beyond had 5 teeth out and was the best tooth extraction ive ever had under the circumstances never felt a thing and im a very nervous person with dentists

Had my consultation with Afzal on Tuesday, which went amazingly well from start to finish. Afzal explained everything in detail and what the next steps were.

Amazing service

Procedure (Implant) went as well as it could have I believe. Only even so slightly negative thing I would say was that the nurses were talking about what they had been doing on the weekend. Whilst I have no problem at all with people gossiping at work as it’s something we all do from time to time. When you’re spending the better part of £3000 you hope that all attention would be on the job at hand / you. They acted professionally otherwise it just didn’t put my mind at ease thinking that 100% of their concentration may not have been on the job at hand at the time. This was at the Blackpool branch but this address was not present on the dropdown of choices.

Everything from the lovely lady on reception to the dentist and his his assistant i saw for first time.
