I had a great experience at the synergy dental clinic. I have been using them for my routine check up and got my invisalign there as well. The team is amazing. Thank you Dr Kash, Rakesh and Monika.

My experience at synergy dental in bury has been great. Kashif was very attentive and caring throughout and has done a great job with perfecting my teeth with invisalign.

Just been to Synergy Dental Bury , I had a fantastic experience from ringing up to book as a new patient , had a consultation at the specialist clinic from Dr Imran who was lovely , the girls on reception and nurse at special clinic was great, I was adviced to see Dr Kashif at Synergy Bury for my treatment - on every occastion Dr Kashif and his team was professional, caring and put me at Ease as a very nervous patient . I had a scale and polish today. I joined the practice 2 weeks ago. The appointment was only 1 week away, which was good as was suffering with an inflamed gum due to a receding tooth.My initial appointment was a check up and X-rays.
My teeth and gums look a lot better and am very pleased with the treatment today. The dentist was very professional.

Two years ago I went to Synergy Bury to have my front veneer replaced. From the start my experience was the worst. The 1st dentist filed down my original tooth, he caused such a mess off my mouth just doing the prep work he left my gums and lips black and swollen. I took pictures and shared and he advised I must have just had lip filler done. Which was certainly not the case. On my return he fitted my veneer, which didnt match my teeth and stuck out. It kept falling off too. I then complained and saw the head dentist. He replaced my veneer which was an improvement, but still wrong colour, this time too white and still wrong shape. The veneer kept falling out every few weeks to which i was charged everytime. This weakened the veneer next to. When this came out I returned and saw a female dentist who put it back twisted and then chipped a massive amount out. I spent a fortune with synergy who left my teeth in an appalling mess. I also started getting excessive bledding. I have now gone to another dentist who identified that they has left a ledge between my tooth and veneer which has caused gum disese and bone loss. I am now having to spend aother fortune with another dentist to fix their mess and neglect. I am appalled with their service and I would recommend all giving them a wide birth, if you value your teeth.

I had a fantastic Invisalign experience with Dr. Kashif at Synergy Dental Bury. He was always professional, reassuring, and explained every step clearly. His attention to detail is unmatched and the whole process was super smooth, and I’m genuinely thrilled with my results so far! Highly recommend Dr. Kashif and the Bury Synergy Dental team!

As someone who’s always been terrified of the dentist (like a ridiculous, don't even like going for a check up, type fear), I can’t express how grateful I am to have been put on Rhiannah Alladice and Beth Davies service at my dentist (synergy dental, Bury). From the moment I arrived, they treated me with such kindness and patience, not looking down on me or making me feel like a nuisance- they really eased my anxiety.

I have had an ongoing issue since May (waiting for NHS referral) and i had to keep going back to the dentist (at least once a month) because of infection and pain. Rhiannah was incredibly gentle and reassuring. She explained everything clearly and never rushed me, always checking that I was okay and comfortable. Her calm, professional manner made a world of difference. Rhiannah is so cool and calm, it really puts you at ease.
Beth was so good at distracting me with small talk and always making me laugh (which isn't usual for me at the dentist!!).

Rhiannah and Beth were so welcoming, always greeting me like a friend and talking to me like an equal. Their compassion and kindness meant so much to me that it helped me stay calm and feel safe with them, it made me trust them enough to cancel my referral and allow them to extract my tooth.

Thanks to their care, what I expected to be a terrifying experience turned out to be less so. Beth, very kindly, held my hand (I am a grown woman haha) during my procedure. If you’re a nervous patient like me, I can’t recommend Rhiannah and Beth enough. They truly go above and beyond. Honestly, now that my problem is fixed (hopefully), I'm going to miss seeing them!

I would also like to say that the receptionist, Monika, was very lovely every time I called/went in (which was a lot!) And when there were no appointments, she helped me get advice and care from the dentist while I waited for an appointment.

Mustafa is a real diamond he handles his clients so well. DO NOT LEAVE! And the reception staff are so helpful. Thank you ladies

My daughter had an incident and broke two of her front teeth. Mustafa and team were amazing with her and managed to get her teeth repaired with composite bonding the same day. Amazing quality work.

I hadn’t seen a dentist for around 6-7 years before starting my Invisalign journey with synergy as I found it too daunting. I was immediately put at ease as soon as I walked in and all the staff have been so lovely. Every stage was explained to be and all my questions were answered along the way. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Joined this dentist few years ago after having bad time at previous one, they are always so welcoming, polite and make me feel at ease as im a nervous patient.

I have gone through Invisalign treatment since last October. It has been an amazing experience and a special thank you to Dr Kashaf! I previously had Invisalign five years ago in Dubai which very nearly ruined my teeth. At Synergy, I was sold a package which worked perfectly for my teeth and I now feel more confident in my smile. Thank you to everyone at Synergy Dental and if you are looking to go for Invisalign then Synergy dental is definitely the place to go!

I'm a very anxious patient, and Dr Kashif Razvi made me feel immediately at ease, almost like it was a friend holding the appointment, he was so professional and caring and really went above and beyond to help my situation. I highly recommend this dentist, and i will definitely be booking back in with him as I've never felt so at ease at a dentist, a massive thankyou to Dr Razvi, and hopefully I will see you in the near future. Brought my son who has learning difficulties they seen him 16 minutes late the dentist rolled her eyes at him because he wouldn't open his mouth she had no patience for my son I brought this to the managers attention and she wasn't interested and didn't care all she kept saying was okay and she would pass it on which obviously won't get passed on it is quite clear there is no patient care and no patience compassion
Avoid at all cost

I had a bit of one of my wisdom teeth brake off while brushing, luckily i wasnt in any pain. I Called up and got an appointment the following day, and had the tooth extracted by Dr. Mustafa Ansari, lovely chap made me feel comfortable, numbed my mouth, didn't even feel the tooth come out. Thank you so much for getting me in and sorted out so quickly. 🤙🏻
