I only ended up at this dentist through an emergency appointment, after they got me seen to so quickly i decided to register as a patient, i’ve always been terrified of the dentist and recently i’ve had to have a tooth pulled that i was avoiding having done as i was too scared, i just want to thank everyone at the dentist who made me feel more comfortable & able to finally have it out, after months of pain it’s now much better! They listened to my issues and reassured me everything would be okay and at 8 months pregnant, it was what i needed to hear!

Terrible service from start to finish in a dirty back street butchers left with terrible teeth and permanent pain for the rest of my life, wish i'd never heard of them.

Rude dismissive uncaring cold almost psychotic attitude towards me. They have no sympathy or compassion towards what the patient is going through and I'm dreading the procedure. Sickos.

Bilal is a very experienced and knowledgable dentist. He is very patient and extremely caring towards patients.

Having not had a dentist for years, a friend recommended I try synergy, I was pleased that I got an appointment for the week after. The staff where very helpful

My little girl was insecure about the gaps in her teeth so we came to synergy and where given options. We chose Invisalign and they are working great the service we have had has been fantastic.

Friendly staff, they even got a scanner for radiography

What can I say about Synergy Dental, in particular the Farnworth clinic. I am a very phobic patient, phobic to the point that my Mum has to ring to make an appointment for me ( I’m 44!!) because I cry on the phone to the receptionist.
I had a damaged tooth which needed removing and a denture put in its place.
I contacted the surgery on an emergency, private basis. The simple fact that they allow you to chat to someone via WhatsApp before booking an appointment helped me so so much! I could structure my queries. I was even able to send pictures/videos. The person managing WhatsApp was so clear, empathetic and personable. Having the WhatsApp feature genuinely helped with that initial embarrassment that I think most phobic people have, it’s like getting over that first step is alleviated slightly. However when I visited the surgery, and started crying at reception. The receptionist was so empathetic. When I saw Dr Bahlil he was slow and patient with me, explaining everything as he went along, clear concise and again really empathetic. The next step was scans which the dental nurse completed she was so so lovely, I found myself apologising all the time due to embarrassment but she was patient and reassuring. I hqve now had the work done, a few injections to numb the area, and I am now sat with a new smile, granted I look a little bit like a chipmunk and sound like Chris Eubank but that will subside over the next few days!
If you are phobic and need to visit a dentist this is the place to go. The staff are so empathetic but also so knowledgeable and professional. I can’t recommend them enough. Right I’m off to eat something soft and start practicing my S sounds!! Thank you so much Synergy xx

’ve had a terrible experience with Swan Lane Dental Practice in Bolton. The Practice Manager Natalie Croston was extremely unprofessional and rude, threatening to deregister me simply because I mentioned I would raise my concerns with the CQC. This is baffling, as I have every right to escalate issues if needed. I even asked for permission to record the call, which I did, and the level of unprofessionalism was shocking.

I later spoke to the Area Manager, who was helpful and assured me she would address the matter with the Practice Manager and arrange an appointment for me. However, a few days later, I was informed that the same Practice Manager, who also oversees Little Lever Dental Practice, had refused to allow me to be seen at either clinic. This was despite the fact I had not been rude, threatening, or inappropriate in any way.

It’s ridiculous, as I would be seeing a clinician, not the Practice Manager, for my dental care. The Area Manager kindly arranged for me to be seen at the PR7 clinic, but that’s an hour’s drive away—not ideal at all.

I’ve been with Synergy Dental since I was a child, so it’s a shame that it’s come to this. Their service is appalling, especially if you struggle with mental health—rather than supporting you, they just make things worse. What a way to end the year! I would absolutely not recommend this practice to anyone.

I had an amazing experience with Dr Bilal. The clinic was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the gentle care. I highly recommend Dr Bilal to anyone looking for an efficient and professional dentist!

Very pleased with the treatment I received on my bottom teeth recently.
Bilal was excellent with communication and explained thoroughly the options available to me. He recommended an option, I am so happy I went with his advice. My teeth look and feel great.

Went in for a filling in august, and I'm still having issues with it today,. As soon as I came home, I was numb until 11pm at night which is a big difference from the 1-2 hours they told me I'd be numb. However, I noticed I couldn't eat without being in horrendous pain. I contacted the dentist and was told I'd have to pay to get it fixed. I refused and contacted the ceo, to which they offered a refund or have another dentist fix it for free - which I unfortunately ended up picking. I was booked in, he checked the tooth, put some paste on and that was it. The pain was still there, so a month later 1 contacted again, this time to get the filling replaced. It's now the 20th December and I still can't eat without being in pain. l've asked for a refund to get this sorted elsewhere, but they've refused to give me one. It's absolutely disgusting the way they treat their patients. For 2 of their dentists to not be able to do something as simple as a filling says a lot about the practice. I've been in agony since August, and have had to take so much time off work to attend these appointments. I'm now going to have to fork out £130+ to get this sorted elsewhere. Also, they definitely drilled too much of the tooth. The side of my tooth is sharp whenever I run my tongue along it. I've contacted the ceo again, but this time I've been ignored, so 1'll be taking this to the Dental Complaints Service.
I've got a friend in Blackburn who's at Synergy and she had the exact same issue with her filling, She ended up having to fork out hundreds out pounds to get a root canal because of the problems they caused.

So just want let you know my experience today with Dr Neelum and Husnaa has been nothing but amazing- I've been to over 10 dentists over the last 15 years and after afew sessions with Dr neelum I genuinely feel like I understand more about the journey of my teeth than I ever have ,every decision made is backed up by afew options which had me appreciate the service even more and just want to say husnaa is the kindest soul who pays attention And fills the gaps with Dr neelum to give a great service, great team and thankyou once again to both ladies

Very helpful staff and Dr Mansoor Patel explained the procedure very well and put me at ease. Also a very reasonable price.

I've been at Synergy Dental for a few years now. I've recently undergone Invisalign treatment and was changed over to Dr.Saba Patel. I've never experienced a better dentist throughout privately paying for my dental treatment for 5+ years. Anything from a simple scrape to fillings etc feel painless. You can tell she genuinely cares about the work she does and wants to ensure her patients and comfortable and happy throughout. Couldn't recommend Dr. Saba enough!
