From application through to approval process and finally funding, I find the process stressful. What I found with Ryan from Synergy is that he fought for me and worked hard to minimize the stress involved.

The frequently call our business offering services. Each time we say we're not interested and ask to be removed from their call list. On the last 3 attempts, their rude reply to that was "You're obviously not the owner" followed by click. Great people you have representing your company, Synergy.

Scam company trying to get your bank records and personal information. They are supposed to be based in New York, but they always call me from a local Arizona phone number, but they use an Indian call center to speak to me. A different phone number is used each time, so it is impossible to block their phone calls. No legitimate company acts like this. After telling them I am not interested in an unsolicited loan from them, they don't care. They call back almost 4 to 5 times a week even after I have told them I don't want a loan from them. I am not not willing to email or fax my bank statements and personal information to some scammers. Fortunately, my phone app is very good at warning me when a potential scammer is calling and most of the time I just send their calls straight to voicemail and they never leave a voicemail. But when I have time on my hands, I take their calls and experiment with the many functions of my new phone system without having to possibly waste a call from a real customer. So, in that way, I don't mind their calls so much. I know I can experiment with their calls and not lose any potential business, other than the time I waste on the phone with them. I have call waiting, so when a real customer is calling me I just quickly hang up on the scammers and move on to the real customer call.

They call me once a week for the last year. I have asked them everytime to stop calling. Ok sir we will stop calling. Then they call again. Last guy was a jerk. Do not do business with these scamers!

Absolute scammers. They use fake numbers to try to speak to the business owners. I have had as many as 10 a day to my business going on for months now. Doesn't matter what you say to them, they keep calling. These people need to be shut down!!!!!!!

I told them hundred times not to call me and they accepted to remove my phone number from their system but still keep calling. "This is synergy finance can I talk to the owner". Three times today and everyday the same.

In what language we should ask you not to call to cellphones and if people wants your services they will call you. It is annoying system always calling from fake numbers and when we return the call it goes nowhere. You are ruining your company reputation. Please stop calling without asking your services.

Got me to send bank statements then blocked my calls with a phone app that says "busy call back". PLEASE see reviews at BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU" SCAM COMPANY, BEWARE!!!

They keep calling non-stop. Diffrent numbers every time. Scammers!!!!

Calls multiple times from different numbers, even the request NOT to call anymore get ignored! And here are a few fake reviews also (of course positive ones)

These guys keep calling my business, they are crooks, fake and they should never be in business. This is harrasment

They call repeatedly from fake numbers , causing the legitimate number holders to be harassed. They are complete scammers on the so called business financing, and only cold call to dupe people

I've been there for a long time and left that place last year. Their employees are like talking zombies! Most of them doesn't even understand what they're talking about! It's true, they do provide loans but the sad part is that, they lie for grabbing customers - especially to those who are polite. Nobody even knows if they are selling your data to a third party or not. The way they structured everything that, they would be on the safe spot. They say they are direct lender and located at US and Canada, it's all lie. First of all they are brokers and the company location they provide on the call doesn't even exists. How come you people trust someone whom you've never met before? A guy I know from NY once went to their US office location. There was no Synergy Finance. They are calling you from a 3rd world country that you don't even know it's name. If you wanna blame someone, blame yourself first for opening a business then blame their company's management authority, cause they force their employees to grab people like you. And with one sale, a dollar would be added on their paycheck. Yes, just one dollar. And with their hard work and your money, bosses are sleeping in money.

Edit: Some people out there could spread false news or it's a scamming company, which is not completely true. I've already described the things I've experienced out there. The rest is up to you!
