Would give no rating if I could. Just took 29.99 from my bank. Never heard of them. Refusing to refund as out of a 14 day cooling off period... if never heard of them never had emails letters etc how am I meant to know about this. Total scam.. my bank is pursuing it as fraud and have said I will get money back luckily.. needs to be shut down as I'm sure there are others that don't realise it's happening to them.

This is a total scam. I have no idea who they are and never signed up to them. Stay well away

Scam took £29.99 ,out my bank and 12p before they took the 29.99 barclays bank refunded me back but lots people might not realise and get propper scammed thus company should be closed down

Scammers have taken two payments out of my account of £29.95. I have never subscribed to their company, never given authority for them to take payments out of my account. The cancel of the so called subscription does not work and never does the complaint email. I've spoken to the so called company requesting under the freedom of information act and data protection act they provide me with the terms and conditions of the contract I'm suppose to have agreed, to also if I have joined why didn't I get the welcome email as stated in their cancellation policy and the authorisation of continuous payment consent that I have given. I have also reported to acton Fraud, the police, and the financial ombudsman. I can see many people have also had the same done total scammers, I would not have even given one star.

Taken money without consent

Well,where do i start!,this company has ripped me off so many times after i have contacted them many many times,also via email,and today more money has been taken,im.fuming!!

Absolute scam artists .
I supposedly subscribed to whatever they offer . I have no idea what they even do .
I received no emails regarding payments to them so was not able to cancel before the began taking money from my account.
Very cheeky lady answered my call . Extremely unhappy with the fraudulent manner my money was stolen from me for nothing in return!

Scammers everyone is right... Taking hundreds out of my account over past year never heard of them I've done cancellation over and over they say I don't have an account with them via both email addresses yet keep charging 29.95 every month you can't contact them as their email for complaints or contacting does not exist..have to keep contacting my bank to stop them.. fraudulent activity

They stated I signed up with them and took £30 from my bank account. No letter or email from them confirming this. This company needs to be closed down. Con artists.

I dont evwn know who these people are yet they have taken mo ey feom my account, tried cancelling online once i found them only to get an error message. Will be reporting to bank and action fraud

Totally agree with everything everyone is saying. What a scam. I am still chasing them trying to recover monies.

What a joke…. I am also reporting this to VISA, the fraud dept.

SCAMMERS... cancelled subscription months ago 3 months on money is still being taking.. called today spoke to a rude woman.... She said that the account was still active yet I have 2 emails 7 hours apart stating that there is no said account found prior to my phone call of them saying my account it's still active... They have stole nearly £100 from me for something I've never signed up for

If I could give 0 point then I would - do not go near THIS IS A SCAM! Joined up to get membership, took money from my account without any warning, then tried to cancel membership online within 14 day period only to be shown "error". When phoned up they told me I was a day over my 14 day cooling off period and would provide no refunds. Explained not by fault they had technical error, but they stuck to their guns and provided no refund. Do not join up whatever you do - DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They steal your money and no help with their contact line. Will be dealing with them via my bank but looks like a lost caused. They never send any emails or make you aware that you are part of their membership.

Idy uts taking money from innocent people, stay away from these barstewards.!!!

Exactly same experience as the other 2 reviews on here. Anyhow, I have reported them to Action Fraud to see if that has any effect at all.

Take money without prior consent, total con merchants, good luck in trying to get any contact from them.
Disgusting practices and should be shut down .
Do not divulge anything to them in regards of bank details or you WILL lose money on a fabricated membership
