More unwanted spam

Not sure why these people are sending me spam emails. I'm not even in the US, and have never even heard of them.
I have no time for companies who purchase people's details in bulk from some other source. Dodgy.

Synergy Tri suits are garbage

Synergy Tri suits are garbage. Used 1 time for 1.5 hours, noticed elastic woven into material is unraveling. They won’t send new suit saying I must have damaged. Showed them photos and video of no damage to outer material… they didn’t care. Won’t take responsibility for there defective product. As we can see from other reviews , they don’t care. Don’t buy their products

SYNERGY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

I ordered size M1 but they shipped me size M2. They admit that it was their mistake and yet they expect me to pay for the return shipping! This is how they treat a repeat customer. (This was the 4th wetsuit I have purchased from them because I'm in my 13th year of lake swimming every morning with the suit needed 6 months of the year). IN SUM, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS~!!!

Wetsuit seams fall apart and Synergy…

Wetsuit seams fall apart and Synergy make it impossible to get a replacement if you're not based the USA. They state it is the customers responsibility to pay for postage, customs of the new item and return of the damaged item. Provide no carrier details and though they stated the wetsuit us eligible for warranty replacement, they make it impossible to do this from outside USA.

Synergy wetsuit is failing after just 5 hours use

After only five hours of swimming in open water my new Synergy wetsuit is falling apart. It’s used by a very experienced swimmer and has been looked after carefully in its short life and never subjected to damage. Every reasonable care has been taken whilst using it: It fits well and the size was selected using the published sizing chart; three wetsuits are used in rotation to allow each to dry properly before being re-used; a rash vest is worn together with socks and soft gloves when putting on the suit to avoid stress to the material. Swimming is completed in fresh water so that neither salt nor pool chemicals could affect the suit. The wetsuit had been used for less than 5 hours when it was noticed that the material is starting to break up.

Clearly, this wetsuit is not fit for purpose and this fault is unacceptable on an expensive wetsuit advertised and sold as being suitable for swimming. I see from feedback on Amazon and on other review sites that mine is not the only one to suffer from faulty materials, so clearly this isn’t a unique case and that more Synergy wetsuits are also of very poor quality. I should have taken more notice of these negative reviews but I suppose was overly optimistic that the reported faults wouldn’t affect mine.

My request for a refund was turned down by Synergy – who claim that the fault was caused by wear and tear. If this is the case it means the Synergy regard it as normal that their products wear out and start to fail after only 5 hours of use! They’re proud to advertise a two year warranty, but clearly that’s a worthless and empty claim.
