I had the best experience. Basically, I need a candidate for my care home. They have given 8 candidates, and all were amazing and properly skilled.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company and would strongly advise anyone considering their service to carefully verify their claims before making any payment.

I first contacted them after seeing their Instagram marketing showing candidates receiving a Certificate of Sponsorship within around 24 days. During my first conversation with their representative (Farhan Khan), I was told that the company has collaboration with UK care homes that sponsor candidates and that because of these collaborations my visa situation would not be a problem.

I HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR ANY SPONSORSHIP IN RETURN FOR MONEY. I HAVE ALL THE VOICE RECORDING AND WHATSAPP CHATS.‼️

At the time I had only a few months left on my visa. I was already getting interviews from NHS services and care providers myself, but employers were hesitant because of the short visa timeline. Farhan told me that because of their direct connections with care homes, employers would still consider my profile. This was the main reason I enrolled and paid £1500.

I also clearly told them from the very first conversation that I did not need training, as I already had the required healthcare certifications and skills. My intention was only to get connected with employers through the collaborations they claimed to have.

However, after payment the service was very different from what was described. Instead of being connected with employers, I was mainly given access to a training portal and basic interview material, which I had already said I did not require.

When I asked what actions had been taken to connect my profile with the care homes they claimed to collaborate with, no clear evidence was provided. When I asked for proof of their collaborations, I was told they could not show agreements.

Before payment I was told interviews could start from the next week, but after payment I was told the process could take up to three months.

In reality, the service mainly involved a member of their team applying to jobs through Indeed, which candidates can already do themselves.

They also mention having an internal portal and recruitment team, but I was not given clear updates about applications or recruitment progress. When I asked for proof of applications or employer collaborations, I was told this could not be shown due to GDPR. However, if a company claims employer partnerships or recruitment activity, consumers should reasonably expect some transparency.

Because the service provided was very different from what was represented before payment, I requested a refund but it was refused.

I have attached proof of my £1500 payment to confirm that I was genuinely enrolled and that this review is based on my real experience. While reading reviews before joining, I noticed many positive reviews, but some appear to be from individuals connected to the organisation rather than actual candidates.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to verify claims, record conversations, and ask for clear written evidence of employer partnerships before paying. Under UK consumer protection laws such as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, businesses should not mislead consumers about the services they provide.

If the company believes my experience does not reflect their service, I welcome a public response explaining the employer collaborations mentioned and the INTERNAL recruitment steps taken for my profile after payment.

I worked hard to earn this money and take this matter seriously. I am willing to update this review if the issue is resolved fairly; otherwise I will continue pursuing the matter through the appropriate consumer and legal channels as I have ALL required evidence.
