If you require a demo or just a day out in DJ heaven, then our store is situated in Nottingham City Centre. You're very welcome to come and meet us, book a demo, or simply have a jam. Synthetic is known as "The Store With A Difference" as we value being a hub for the local Dance Music Community, hosting In-store DJ Sets , Workshops, Free Master Classes and One 2 One DJ / Music Technology Lessons. We have an open deck policy at the store, permitting individuals from the local community to come and experience the DJ Booths. We likewise urge individuals to bring their own music stems, to connect to our In-store Studio and jam the day away. Our industry trained staff are super professional yet very friendly and furthermore have north of 30 years experience in the industry, from touring DJ's, Record Label proprietor’s and Music Producers / Remixes.

Based on previous excellent reviews I gave Synthetic Pro Audio a call. Had a lengthy telephone conversation with Steve to establish the right controller for me.
I found this super helpful. He knows his stuff.
Ordered on a Monday and received delivery by the Thursday.
Was kept up to date personally by Steve every step of the way from dispatch to delivery.
Excellent service and communication. A great person and company to deal with.

Popped into see Steve a few weeks ago on some advice on a controller. Allowed me to use all the equipment. Then I decided I was going to go for it called Steve Thursday afternoon and they were with me less than 24hrs later. Very happy and highly recommended. Also recommend the Denon Prime 4. Superb bit of kit.
