I’ve had a fantastic experience working with this company, especially with their AI voice services. The quality of their software is top-notch, delivering consistently reliable performance that has significantly enhanced our operations. Their team is incredibly responsive, addressing any technical challenges swiftly and effectively. The level of service and support they provide is truly exceptional, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results!

I have tried a number of Voice AI services and Synthflow is miles apart from anyone else. Their platform is more extensive and easier to use than any other product out there. The agents are easy toast up and connect to what ever system you want them to. They have really thought of amazing features that are on point for being productive and a bunch of agents working day one!

Engineers Building A Ai Tech Company....

Our agency has been involved with Ai and winning awards using the most sophisticated Ai tools such as Seamless Ai since 2020. I don't say that to boast just to say as an agency, we are not new to the market. We have worked with hundreds of SaaS and Ai products and developed our own.

As such, we needed an Ai Voice Partner last year and we were swept off our feet by a "WIND" Ai Voice company that we paid 25K for access to their system and who promised us the world.

Well it has been a year since we bought the license and we have not been able to use the service yet. Oh they offered tons of support. Supported included multiple zoom calls weekly to listen to the same issues, problems, excuses and promises that never came to be.

As such we were forced to look for another partner and that is when we came across Sythflow. Right away we immediately knew these were ENGINEERS building an Ai Tech company. Not FUNNEL SELLERS trying to build a tech company hence why the technology in Synthflow is much more superior than anything we have tested on the market especially for agencies.

The system is easy enough for my clients to get involved and be hands on and techie enough for our Ai Engineers to do what, well what AI Engineers do.

The Synthflow tech team have always responded to us when things do arise as they will in any emerging technology (if you don't understand that, you are not ready for AI). We have access via email, Slack, video conference, weekly calls. They have jumped on calls on weekends. Always super responsive.

As an agency, who is not compensated and has no dog in this fight, if you are looking for an AI solution and an AI partner that is fully focused on creating the best Ai solution for agencies (and individual businesses but I am bias) Synthflow is the partner that you need.

Hands down the best conversational AI platform on the market. Easy of use, configurability, and time to market are all big ++!

I absolutely love Synthflow. We have tried 4 different Voice AI providers and Synthflow is by far the best on the market. They are actively developing and improving the platform and always focused on feedback they get to improve. The result is that you get the capability to do things for your clients that no one else is doing in the market today. AI in general is an emerging technology and as such, YOU WILL NEED TO INVEST YOUR TIME TO LEARN IT. Nothing is plug and play right now so if your not willing to test and invest and learn, then AI is not for your right now. The pace of innovation is amazing and it keeps getting better every day. So for those who have expressed frustration with Synthflow, realize that this is not an Synthflow thing, its a problem with AI being an emerging technology and people not wanting to invest their time and money into learning the tech and adapting with it. They just want everything to be plug and play. Which it will be with time, but for now its all about patience and persistence and learning a new skill. Synthflow is as good as it gets out there right now.

Our agency, Workrr AI, has been with Synthflow since January 2024 when it was at a much more basic form than it is now. Which already blew all the other calling AI platforms out of the water.

Synthflow has so many amazing features, way too many to list, but I am going to provide the top ones that got us hooked from the beginning, and some of the newer ones that are giving us great results.

The ability to 100% white-label their platform with your own domain, branding, and Stripe account for rebilling so you can sell it like it's yours was the #1 reason we switched. Then the ability to connect your own 11labs account to clone voices, how easch assistant is isolated in a way where it can have it's own phone number, calendar to book to, webhook to send post-call data to were game changers for us in so many ways.

Now they have more direct integrations, unlimited sub-accounts, mid call API actions where you can get a response and use it in a call. So collect payment info and charge a card, send mid call notifications, bring in a vehicle report history and then generate a cash offer on a car... I mean the possibilities are endless.

Prompting is pretty much the same for any calling AI company. 99.9% of issues boil down to something being prompted correctly, not the software not working.

We have don 6 digit builds using Synthflow, have onboarded many subscription based customers, and now work with Enterprise level and Agency clients that are looking to get the most out of AI and automations. Synthflow is the sole reason that has gotten us where we are today.

The Synthflow team is literally constantly building new features with major releases every week. Their team is very responsive and knowledgeable with what they have, and I have personally seen them putting a much larger focus on customer support and satisfaction which is for sure due to the overwhelming demand they have seen.

The Ai assistant seems to works great on the surface, but its all for naught because support is non-existent and the backend protocols are super buggy. Bot fails to make calls with no explanation, webhooks dont always fire causing issues with tagging and workflows inside CRM. But the real kicker is that we subscribed to their $450/mth plan because the trial was decent and figured itd be great if we worked out the kinks with their support, but Im going on 6 days now without any response to any of my tickets (I only put in 2)... I think I'll be filing a chargeback and hiring someone to setup Vapi for us. SynthFlow seemed too good to be true and I guess that is an accurate assumption. Smh 😔

They told me unless I'm spending $1000 a month they won't provide me a technical call. It took them 2 months to tell me that, then they proceeded to be a sarcastic ass response to tell me that it's also written on their stupid website. They just fueled a strong competitor. I'll copy everything they did and make it better and cheaper. Bunch of morons can't make enough money....stay away from these greedy punks!

Definitely has potential but the company is ran by a group of individuals that have no idea how to run a business or support one. Their ai never functions properly, there is Zero support and zero fixes. Do not waste your money go with anything else, I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone for the past 2 weeks. Extremely unprofessional group of individuals that refuse to support their clients

Do not waste your time even trying to use their incomplete product with zero support, zero documentation, all you get is a half built junk system. I’m calling my bank to dispute the charges since I can’t get a hold of anyone

Here is my story with Synthflow. I signed up for the top text plan at 450 / month. 1 week in I request a support by chat. No reply, I email all the founders on top of Albert and Alex. They tell me they can do an online meet with me in 4 days. We do the online meet and they fix the 3 issues. Then 4 more issues pops up. API doesnt work, bot hallucinating, I spent 25K a programmer to build something around Synthflow. on top of the $450/month. I book 3 calendar meeting with Alex and Albert. Both don't show up to 3 different ocasions whilst. Sent 8 emails to everyone just to give me an estimate date for fixes or to at least reply what they are going to do. No replies to this date. Not even the decency to reply to me saying this is the date for fix or any sort of response. Just plain ignored.

Asked for a refund no reply to this date.

Guys do yourself a favor and find another company...this is run as a joke it seems. Not even answering a client on your top tier plan is just ridiculous.

Run away if you still can

My clients are dropping on the otherhand and I spent thousands on google and facebook ads...probably lost 40k because of SF. I am looking into legal routes at the moment. Will also contact their investors and tell my story.
