Assets are solid to start with, and updated.
That they're now released Godot versions of their packs is a bonus. The customer support with the odd time I've had an issue has been exemplary.
They are the makers of the Polygon series, which has been improving in quality since forever. The assets are first released for Unity and get adaptations for Unreal and Godot, even their SideKick packs, which offer very customizable characters using modular parts and accessories, get adapted soon after being released.
Their assets work very well between packs and with any other flat shaded low poly assets, you can even modify them on your end using blender very easily to retouch them, change the material among the variants provided to get a new look, and are very well optimized. They can be used on mobile, VR, and any other low performant device.
In the official Discord server, you can get support quickly if you open a ticket, and they will help you with any problem with a purchase or a pack if there's any issue with the 3D models like broken vertex or a bad prefab. They update their assets regularly and host events where you can get discounts and insights on future packs that they will release. There are usually packs they release on certain dates like Halloween, winter holidays, and such, some of which are free.
Their assets are available in several places, like the asset store and the Unreal Engine bazaar, but the best place to buy them is here at the Synty store, as you get access to all platforms at once and the source files as well, so you don't lock yourself in a game engine.
One of my favourite things is that they will have discounts when a new asset comes up as well as seasonal sales, so you can get a bargain in the newest assets they publish.
I’ve had a fantastic experience using Synty Studios products in my projects. As both an artist and game developer, I really appreciate how their assets strike a balance between quality, usability, and flexibility.
Their packs are especially great for interactivity and rapid development scenarios like game jams. When time is limited, being able to drop in clean, stylized assets that just work is incredibly valuable. It allows me to focus my energy on gameplay systems, design decisions, and player experience instead of getting bogged down in asset creation.
Another big strength is how easy their assets are to modify. Whether I want to tweak colors, adjust models, or repurpose assets in creative ways, their design makes that process smooth and approachable. Even as someone who enjoys creating art, having that flexibility frees me up to prioritize what matters most for each project.
I also love that some packs include built-in functionality and particle systems. Those little interactive touches go a long way in making scenes feel alive and engaging right out of the box.
Overall, Synty products are a huge time-saver without sacrificing creativity. They’re an excellent resource for both beginners and experienced developers looking to build polished, interactive experiences efficiently.
Always had a great experience with them. Been a customer for over 5 years and they are very responsive
Honestly one of the best companies to buy the best low poly models from. I've purchased their models for years now, easily over 10 years. Never had an issue. Everything always works well. High quality - low poly content. Everything I do I use Synty packs and I advetise it to everyone. If you want low poly models for your games, buy one of these guys packs. Characters, maps, vehicles, enemies, animals everything. Its all there and easy to use. Ready and setup! :D Absolutely will continue using for the foreseeable future.
(See edit below after their answer) Be careful if you want to use their packs for Godot, you will have to invest way more work than is reasonable to reassign all materials, since they do not support Godot, the biggest Open Source game engine. Their support does not care and tries to get rid of you with non-answers. If you lookup videos online that say "just drop the textures in the same folder as the fbx": that may be true for some of the simpler packs, but other packs do not work at all and with lots of objects in a pack you will have to assign everything manually for multiple lods and that will take days if not weeks. If you are using Godot, do not buy here, they don't care about you or Godot. It's a pity since the packs would be really great. But Godot is not supported and their support does not care at all.
April 2026- on their recent anwer: They claim they will convert their packs for Godot for years and all they have managed so far are nine. That's nothing. And more problematic is: I bought heaps of their packs in the past and afaik only one of them was converted. So as long as they do not speed up their work on the Godot packs my advise still holds: Do not buy from them, most packs are not compatible with Godot.

Purchased their latest Humble Bundle pack, got everything that was advertised including a $10 off coupon which I was able to use on another asset of theirs that was 50% off, super great deal. Their support responded to me within a day for an issue and while I didn't agree with their response it was timely and adequate.
Paid real money for assets as part of a humbebundle deal but delivery never fulfilled.
We're not alking about free stuff. Real money here!
In short... Real money on the table. They acknowledged this. Product in-stock. Nothing delivered. You call it what you want. Their "support" never answered my questions. No business there anymore on my part.
Consider yourself warned!
