Closed without any prompt or warning. Didn't have an issue up until then, but extremely sketchy. I used my paypal for that layer of protection, I would check with your bank if you used a credit card or something.

Sypher Hosting is the server service we pay for on my discord for our personal server. As of July it's been offline so much that the entirety of their website has gone missing. And nobody is talking about it which is the worst part. What the fucx are we paying them for if we cannot access the service we've been paying for for MONTHS now? Don't work with them, I'll take this down if they actually step the fucx up and get back to work. They won't even respond to any direct messaging. An entire month of no service and they expect money from us by the 10th of the month.

It is impossible for me to cancel my subscription. Requires a client account to cancel. I never made a client account. All I did was make my account and I was never told if that was a client account or not. I can log in and out of my account but I can't access my "client account" no matter what I try. Sypher Hosting is currently billing me each month and I can't do anything about it. They are taking my money every month and I cant do anything to stop them.

Pretty good for the prices and performs pretty well, haven't had much of an issue.

Misleading in their server advertisment, charged me to install a mod pack that didn't work on the server (and they knew this), and then refused my refund request because I only had the server for "less than a week". Mind you, I was never able to get it up and running at all because of this installation they willingly did despite knowing it wouldn't work on the server type I had.

I am a retired engineering/computer scienc teacher. I taught game making and programming for 8 years at the high school level. I have used a lot of server hosts for Minecraft and Ark. Sypher Hosting is amazing! I have never experienced a service that is so reasonable in price and blazingly fast. The server loads fast! Even with many mods. I love this service! You should give them a try.

I've had only good experiences using this hosting, no more lag or any bugs. I would do one thing that might help out some new users is having a series of guides on how to use the panel, or transfer worlds from different hosting to this hosting. I think a lot would appreciate the help through a video and less through reading. Especially on your own hosting services and not another hosting that has guides on a different panel. Everything else is great tho, I appreciate the cheap hosting!! Best hosting service i have bought for Minecraft, No question.

I've had nothing but bad experiences with them. The owner is nothing but rude to customers. Any one in there server who I've seen upset with the services was removed all very fishy to me. Seems like they can't handle bad press so they try to get it removed. I canceled my service and requested a refund for the countless issues I've had and was denied so I will never recommended you use this service.

I’ve been using this hosting for a week or 2 and it’s the best thing I’ve seen in 2023. Cheap prices for a server better than anything I’ve ever seen 10/10

This hosting service offers premium hardware for a good price. Offering a Ryzen 9 5900x flagship tier CPU for as little as 4 dollars a month. The support team is also always out there to help you out whenever you need help. Great for hosting multiplayer video games and other things. Overall a very decent service.

Was setting up a server for my son and his friends, I’m not the biggest tech guy so I had a few difficulties. The staff at sypher hosting helped me to get it set up easily, no extra cost, and were very patient with me. 10/10!!

these guys have been great to me and my friends for our minecraft server. The mod packs we wanted weren’t built in automatically to their system and they still went and manually uploaded it for us… TWICE! love the service, and is the cheapest option. Always respect for this brand
