I've purchased a lamp and forgot to mention our housenumber. Because I always use PayPal I assumed they would check my certified address. They didn't and didn't ask questions. After 2 weeks they asked me to pay another E19,- for shipping. After some discussions I asked them to cancel and refund which they did but they deducted also E12,- regarding shippingcost. Without asking! Never again. Or in German terms: SEHR SLECHT!
