Excellent Service and Competitive Pricing

We recently purchased our HP laptops and monitors from System Active, and the experience was outstanding. Our Account Manager (Dominic Champion) was extremely responsive, professional, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Excellent customer service.

Contacted SystemActive about a fault with my HP Reverb G2 HMD purchased almost 1 year ago.
Friendly and easy to deal with and within the hour HP confirmed they would be shipping a replacement HMD + cable.

Ok but website is plain bad

They are okay. Ordered a pico4 which I refunded in the end due to headaches (seems current VR is not my thing) and issues with PC streaming.

Two issues I had with them. 1) they say next delivery and item is in stock, but it wasn't. Was shipped 2 days later. Not really a big deal.

2) Their website and automated emails are plain bad and need updating. They sent me one confirmation of purchase and that's it. Dead silence until my order arrives at the door out of the blue. Also couldn't track the order myself as I registered an account after purchase and it wouldn't show up.

On a positive note, their customer service on the phone is great and helpful. No issues getting through and they were pleasant to talk to.

HP Reverb G2 (version 2) delivered next day

HP Reverb G2 (version 2) ordered at 3pm was delivered by 10am the next morning. I honestly did not expect it until after the weekend.

Ordering was really straight forward. I haven't had to experience the customer service but based on that excellent ordering and super quick delivery I'd definitely order again!

Ordered and the product which was…

Ordered and the product which was delivered promptly with no issues. Should be 5 stars right?

When I ordered I decided to create an account so that I could track what was going on. It was late, but with no dispatch note I I tried to log in the next day. When I couldn't I filled in the form to try and get my account fixed, I've never had a response to my query, my account never worked.

The day passed and although I received an order confirmation, I never received a dispatch mail. Just had to wait it out, occasionally checking if my account worked. Fortunately, out of the blue the product arrived the next day.

I had some questions over the version I'd received and so wanted to call them to confirm, no problem getting through, but the customer services person couldn't get me through to someone who could help and cut me off on one occasion. Was advised they would call me back... but never received a call.

Their order fulfilment is great, their customer service is friendly and appears to want to help. Their communication, IT systems and ability to answer really simple questions is absolutely shocking.

I wouldn't run the risk of ordering from this company again, purely on the basis that if something went wrong, I'd have no confidence in their ability to resolve the issue which is a real shame as they appear to have the ability to be a good company.

Reading the reviews here, it seems a few people have had similar issues.

Bought hp reverb g2 headset

Bought hp reverb g2 headset 1 year ago from systemactive.My warranty was for 1 year.My headset stoped working 10 days after 1 year gone.I contacted support to fix my headset.Agent from hp told me there is no option for repairing, only can buy new one.So my 650£ can throw to bin.I will never buy any product from hp anymore.Highly not recommended

Fast delivery of a hot item

I ordered a HP Reverb G2 on Tuesday evening, and my order arrived on Thursday afternoon. Very happy. Especially as the V2 of this item is USA only currently, so to find a company in the UK to supply it so easily was perfect. Thank you.

We have been dealing with system active…

We have been dealing with system active for a number of months now and they have always maintained a great level of communication and support. Primarily I have dealt with Dom who is always courteous and quick to respond when I have a query or need a quote for some hardware. Better still they understand the nature of the industry and have a great turnaround time from the moment I order to the moment i get the product which is typically the next business day. Recently I have dealt with another staff member called Jacqui who was equally helpful and a pleasure to talk to.
