Willingness to Go the Extra Mile | Patience and Persistence | Technical Competence Across Systems

What made my experience great?

What made my experience great was the **persistence and hands-on support** from the team.

This wasn’t a simple setup. My domain was split across multiple services (nameservers, DNS hosting, business email), and there were several points where things could have stalled or been pushed back to me.

Instead, the support team:

* Stayed engaged across multiple emails
* Clearly identified the real issue (DNS not managed in Squarespace)
* Guided me step-by-step to the correct solution
* Even **logged in and handled the configuration directly** once access was provided

Despite delays with 2FA codes and login attempts, they remained patient and responsive until everything was completed.

The issue was fully resolved, and my domain was successfully connected.

My experience so far is amazing

My experience so far is amazing. We worked with Dourssaf from Systeme.il to migrate different tools we used before and I never experienced such a great cooperation & communication before. She answered all my questions & migrated everything perfectly. Thanks a lot Dourssaf & I am looking forward to use Systeme.io now in the future, its so much easier with one than many different tools.

The response to a question is very prompt

I have learnt that when I ask for help the response rarely takes long. So I keep checking my emails and, sure enough, often within an hour, the help is there.

We can even have a back and forth conversation and I get almost immediate help for my questions.

After deciding to switch from Kajabi to system.io, I faced the challenge of transferring all my data.

Here, I had an exceptionally positive experience with the system.io migration team. I felt well taken care of at all times and can highly recommend using system.io.

Real person, No AI, Love System.io

I am a real-live 58 year-old woman living in Maryland who just retired from the retail industry after owning stores for almost 30 years. I wasn't paid to do this review and I'm not using AI. A few months ago, I retired from retail but decided that I wanted to share my knowledge (to help other women make money during these tricky economic times). I watched a gazillion YouTube videos about System.io and Sam Cart... as they were my two top hosting platform choices. I made little charts and listed out pros and cons of each and finally decided to sign up with Sam Cart. (Mind you, trying to learn all of this stuff, at my age, is like learning a new language...) Almost immediately, I desperately needed to talk to a human: I had my digital guide all ready to go and I even had several friends who wanted to buy copies.... But they were having problems with the checkout page on Sam Cart... I tried for several days to reach a human for help. To no avail. So I canceled my Sam Cart trial and signed up for Systeme.io instead. I joined on the lowest monthly plan. Very reasonable. And again, I had trouble linking my custom domain to the platform. But this time... I am happy to report that I experienced superior customer service....I communicated with real humans..not AI bots. They were helpful and kind and quick to answer my emails. I'm just in the very very beginning stages of this digital sales journey... But I'm so happy that I decided to go with systeme.io.... And again .... I want to stress that I am a real person... Living near Ocean City, Maryland... Who wasn't put up to writing this review. I'm just very, very happy with Systeme.io (so far) and thought I would share!! The customer service experience has been top-notch.

I ignored my account for a long while

I ignored my account for a long while, not on purpose... I just got busy with other things.
Systeme was right to close my account due to inactivity but when I contacted the support team they quickly verified and reopened my account.
Polite and respectful!
Amazing customer service.

Systeme.io is the BEST

Systeme.io is handsdown the best funnel system I've ever used. It is super simple to build from scratch or upload a pre-built template. The systeme.io support team is also fantastic. Quick responses and very helpful. I highly recommend the systeme.io suite of services. It has everything you need to build the perfect website or funnel.
