If only I can give less than 1 as this website is a scammer. I ordered the dress back in October 2023 but did not arrive on time, so I need to cancel it instead. I have been told that I wil received my refund minus their admin fee which I agreed. I kept sending email but only one I received like an automatic reply that they have processed the refund already. Exactly the same reply everytime I sent an email. This is a SCAM. Beware!!!
Horrible experience. They sent the wrong dress style, wrong color, and in the wrong size!!! Only offered a 30% refund & I could keep the wrong dress. I took it because the $40 loss was not worth my time and shipping charges back to China!
I had a very good experience on several levels. Ordering was easy and mine was a custom order. The ability to see the dresses in regular and plus sizes was unique and very helpful. The color of the dress I purchased was very close to what was on the mo it or. The optional accessories were helpful and very reasonably priced. I received my purchase in a very quick time frame. Very happy customer and would recommend to anyone.
