I have just had the best customer service from these guys. Sadly a hose I bought earlier in the year sprang a leak. I contacted them, all they asked was a picture of the fault and within a week the new one had arrived. I always take with a pinch of salt " the total satisfaction or your money back" brigade but this was customer service as it should be. The product is great and the service is too. You can certainly buy with confidence.

Great hose. Easy to use with good fitments

Not used yet so can’t comment on performance, however hose appears well made, is very well packaged and presented and the customer service/delivery was very good.

Excellent expanding strong hose, but and a big one, it does not expand to the length stated, now need to buy another one in order to reach bottom of garden

I ordered 100 ft but due to delivery delays, I settled for 2x50ft hoses.this was a mistake as the coupler is cumbersome for the hose.

Very pleased with the hose etc. Exactly as described. Looks top quality. Now need to put it to use.

Purchased early July. Order #20414, and emailed the company to say I was not satisfied but was not offered a refund despite their stated guarantee on their site.
Issue one: it is not 100% clear that 150ft is two hosed joined. Joint can come loose as you move through the garden.
Issue two which is the main one no aquastop valve. This means you need to empty the hose and go all the way back as it shrinks to change ends. So if you were washing your car with a brush then wanted to swap to rinse you have the hassle. I have never known a hose without an aqua stop valve

Only received this today. So impressed I bought another smaller hose.
Turn the tap off, press the gun and the hose empties so just hang it up!

Ordered and received free of charge in the 48 hour promised. Looked at previous reviews before purchasing and a video review on how to assemble. I could not believe how easy it was to assemble. Fitting to the tap easy. Joining a 100ft and 50ft hose together...brilliant this idea of different length add on's is a winner. Shall recommend to friends and family....thank you THose

Company itself is fine, hose delivered quickly. The issue is that the hose is on a strong bungee and a 200 foot hose is actually much smaller but stretches. It also rebounds strongly. It is only of use with a sprinkler for areas close to the house as the sprinkler will ping back to its smaller size. Also it doesn't move with you when you move. It stretches, so I am constantly having to stop and go back to lift the hose into another position.

The T-Hose itself is a great product, much better quality then other hoses. Also just as important is the customer service and support with T-Hose...they are always really easy to deal with, quick to respond and provide support if ever needed. Would highly recommend.

An excellent hose pipe and so much better than the others that kink or are very heavy to use. T Hose are so easy to use and store. I bought one and then discovered that they are so good, I bought another three. My only comment is that the hose head is easily released if knocked while in use. This turns the hose into a flailing serpent, spraying water everywhere, including the user. Had this happen a few times on several of the hoses. Not so bad on a scorching day but not sure I'd be so happy in cooler weather.

Easily the toughest expandable hose I've tried. Used mostly on my boat where the pontoons are decked with a very abrasive grating. T-hose withstands this better than other hoses I've tried.

Purchased in July 2022 have taken it in over the winters and looked after it but it burst today not three years old it doesn’t stand the test of time sadly . Yet another hosepipe going into landfill .

This is a reliable company to do business with. Waited for the black one to come back in stock and then ordered. They arrived within a couple of days. We bought a couple of T hoses a few years ago and they are still working well. We repeated the order this year because we have two large gardens as well as a veg garden so a second set will make life easier. We have replaced the original spray guns but replacements are very reasonably priced so that was not a problem.
The recent long hot spell also prompted us to buy a second set, 100’ and 50’. Considering the size they are remarkably light and easy to wind up after use. Our old rigid hoses were horribly heavy and distorted in shape. So glad we found T-Hose.
