While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Good to bad.

From Twitter to X, from Good to Bad. You can no longer Direct Message Accounts on X without having to pay money. I feel like Elon wants us to pay for Daily Tasks. I’m making a formal Complaint to X. If anything, Delete your account too.

Twitter/X Fritters Away My Money and Time

Twitter, now "X," which does not show up on Trustpilot, has no customer service.

Twitter/X failed to assist me when I wanted help in updating my payment information, throwing irrelevant "articles" and broken links at me.

I tried and tried to pay but lost the blue check. (I had had to cancel my credit card because of fraud, and could not find the update entry page.)

The only way to avoid this, it seems, is to pay an annual fee rather than a monthly fee.

Oh.

Twitter/X is just another utility now. Perhaps worse.
