Excellent service

Excellent service. You'll never find a better service than T1 Payments. Very responsive and attentive to your needs. I'm just over the moon with their guidance and being "hands-on" throughout the process.

High level service

I really think that the service is very good.
The fact they have a department per each matter is wonderful.
The only thing that little bothers and would be very helpful sometimes is to be able to have a real conversation with them and not to communicate only via emails.

Industry knowledgeable and oustanding service

Sales and support reps that serviced my accounts were ultra knowledgeable of the merchant card payment industry and guided me in just the right direction. I hired their services some time ago and left them for a better and local solution with supposedly more experience and I just ended up spending more resources than needed. These guys actually were actually able to solve my merchant account issues and guided me to the right place. I am defintely a happy camper and recommend them. There's no need to look elsewhere.

T1 Payments has excellent service

T1 Payments has excellent service. The CS Department efficiently responded all my inquiries and I had quite a few. Also, not sure what I’d do if Lisa hadn’t told me about the currency converter!! She’s very passionate about ensuring that our checkout process is optimized and eliminating any chance for declines due to currency and location.
