My friend had her account locked very recently for winning too much. Then the TAB changed the account password on her. Despite calling them to no avail. They claimed it was because her brother deposited money into her account for her, but then, why did they happily let him? Funds are now as good as gone it seems. I never thought I would see this company sink this low. This is fully a scammer company at this point. Absolutely outrageous.

I've been betting online for years with the TAB and have had no problems; it loads fast on my PC, a Dell, and I have fiber optic.
So why all the negative reviews ? Perhaps they are piss poor betters, losers maybe?
Who knows, the system has changed. I liked the old one better, but I have found my way around . Today I got a double at Te Rapa so I'm happy.

What! it cant be i'm verified !!!!!!!!!
I also have to receive a code to verify my phone number !
So he asked be about 10 different security questions

What do i bet on Etc Etc
I hate that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Then sent the code to my phone !
I have been a member for 10 years !

The online betting is extremely difficult to navigate. Some of us only use infrequently but it still should be simple. Sort it out.

Very poor, what else can you expect from a monopoly.. Bet 365 is the standard and TAB NZ are not even on the same planet as Bet 365. Have whole golf tournaments missing and will only allow outright win bets to be placed on some tournaments, no place bets at all. The only option left to me is to move to the UK so I can bet on the bet365 website, Anyone else experiencing extremely poor service from TAB NZ??

Dirty company, dirty tactics, dirty government.
I have countless examples of them suspending betting on one team but not the other, missing players in lineups (ie; cricket, baseball etc), bad odds and lack of options to bet on in-play.

Even if you think the TAB isn't that pathetic, or if you think the deal is a good one, you still shouldn't be supporting the government's ability to control where people spend their money.
Your money is already taxed when you get paid, stop allowing them to also dictate where and how you spend it.

And for anyone confused or supporting the off-shore ban; this is effectively no longer an NZ company, you're supporting a multinational corporation forcing the government to create a monopoly for them (despite anti-monopoly laws for everyone else)

Been using my tab account for almost 30 years but once the new company took over & took NewZealanders rights away to use overseas agencies by dangling a financial carrot in front of the government I could no longer be associated with a corrupt & greedy organisation such as the new tab so I closed my account & took the option of never to be allowed to join again..Time for a new hobby like hiking..over & out forever

I would like yo inform the public that TAB have removed the ability to "take a break" turning them into an immoral company not caring for the wellbeing of their customers. When asked about it in their live chat, they only were interested in gaining my private information before they could answer a simple question unrelated to any private information. Their standards have become more in line with scamming software developed by over seas influences and their guidelines as bad as an airport. I recommend just going to the pub and use a terminal, or just don't bother with their ever changing regulations and added conditions of a typical sports bet such as extra time rules and injury claims prior to game day not refunding full amounts prior to game start. Also their depleted offers becoming less and less screams out the desperate cry of a dying organization. I wish them luck, but they won't see a dime from my pocket ever again. Their monopoly is over.

Looking for more options in cricket games like cricket sessions total runs in 5 overs ,10 overs ,15 overs in all game T20 , ODI, AND TEST MATCH. and when speak to Tab customer service same answer this depends on our traders MR. Traders please have look into this all betting platforms are providing those options. After changed in betting rules this is great time to provide there punter all options so they will choose only tab no other platforms.

Super POOR customer service. System allowed me to place a bet then they cancelled my bet and did not return my $100!! Also poor odds compared to offshore companies such as bet365 etc. I will be taking this to the disputes tribunal

You can't bet on favourites to hit a home run for example Judge Seager Rooker. I even talked to them about all they said we are not listing them sorry. Just a joke.

Some games only putting up 3-4 players 10min before game starts.

Worst punting site on the planet , bet365 sports bet fan duel , prizes picks and a million times better and user friendly, tab is trying to remove other nz people from choosing where we can punt

These jokers didn't give me my bonus bet owed and when you contact them you get some smartass who acts like they're doing you a favor by giving you what you are owed. Get a VPN so you can bet offshore is my recommendation.

Stopped me using promotions.

"Following a recent review of your account and in accordance with our terms and conditions, unfortunately, you are no longer eligible for promotional markets and some selected products."

I had only used them in a way their site lets me use them! And I was only betting up to $50.
They just advertise great promos then cut you off straight away.

Same as betcha, they stopped me using promotions 2 days after I sighed up. I even bet in completely different ways to see if it would happen. (Same company as tab, they are essentially dishonest in their advertising).

Tab worst sports betting in New Zealand 🇳🇿 history they now put a limit on how much u can gamble through a safer betting team I asked for 500$ and the lady stfu said out of her mouth asking me personal questions what I do for living etc really just another Karen or put on a game they limit me to 200$ that’s why I went to crypto sports books where I can do 500$ plus no point playing on this tab waste of time there same as betcha same company!!!!

They wont let you play your desired amount if you keep winning and will just accept small amounts. And believe me its A SMALL AMOUNT. Customer service is BS on the phone as they will just say “ we dont know it all depends with the traders” just going in circles. They will flag your account if you win BIG. They wont even let me do a multi on my account! It says” no multis on this account” just because I won around 58K NZD on a 7 leg parlay bet.

I got the a lot of screenshots of every bet I made that they capped or wont even accept! Sore losers

Betcha re tab is a rip off started on betcha on dec 4th and was suspended from promotions on the 6th nobody answers questions why, a horrible horrible betting platform TAB NZ is terrible since taken over by Entain worst odds in world and all about profit never about the customer,,,,its sad. Punters in New Zealand deserve so much more than this behavior from tab, entain, betcha, they are now rubbish seeking assistance from Winston Peters since they've become so bad.

They are siplly cheating your mony most times. I put fixed odd bet for small amount for second place. They did not pay the amount in the ticket.
When I call TAB TOLD 2 finished 2nd.
What would happen is some one put large amount for 2ns place. Hence there corrupted rule diside 2 2nd place. I never seen 2 ,2nd places ,nevertheless they would have paid full amount as in recel
I lost small amount but some one might lost big amount as TAB saying 2 2nd place. In the results only 3 , winer 2nd and 3rd. No indication of two 2nd places. They just cheating my mony like before. This got worse when Nz sold TAB to UK/Ausi company.

I don’t want to give even single star ,disappointing,disgusting,all time opention suspended, can’t place single bet more than 57$, no solution when ask to customers care ,because they can’t do anything,trader decide everything .please avoide cricket betting here thanks please review my account if possible.
