SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT BUY FROM TABENA
Ordered a product almost a month ago and absolutely no information on delivery or refund since then. They are ignoring my messages. This is a scam company and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I just put an order, yet got no confirmation email neither response from the customer service and sure, can not cancel my order as well.

Bad customer service and slow shipping
I placed an order on March 10. The order was sent in 3 different shipments, which is understandable in some situations. However, to my knowledge I did not order any out-of-stock items, so I find it odd that it took so long for me to get my items. The customer service is also abysmal. It took weeks to get a reply to my inquiry regarding the missing items.
I finally got the last item of my order on May 4, I guess that's something. I can't recommend and will probably never order anything from Tabena again.
