I honestly had a great experience, reminded me of other apps like husbtaff and toggl, but they had two advantages.
1. Great Customer Support : I had stupid questions and they were patient and suppotive enough to help me.
2. Competitive advantage: pricing was actually good for what you get , its certainly more than enough and better than hubstaff in terms of screenshots.
all in all , a great experince and something to help me manage my friends.
