I ordered a table protector, and it unfortunately it was cut 3cm too small on the width. Mistakes happen, but how you deal with them defines how good the company is. Direct Linen customer service rectified the mistake promptly without any hassle.

I ordered a custom tablecloth and protector. I'm very pleased with the quality. The items were delivered promptly.

Over the past few years I have ordered 4 tablecloths from Direct Linen as I have an unusual sized table. They have all been in the Cosmos fabric which I have found easy to wash, doesn’t fade or shrink and almost doesn’t need ironing. It also seems to resist stains quite well. The tablecloths have all been finished to a high standard and to my precise measurements and look really beautiful. The latest delivery was super quick. I am really delighted with the service & would not hesitate to recommend them.

Received my tablecloth for an oval table which I have been after for some time,as they are hard to find in stores. Very pleased with the fabric,colour and finish. Easy to do the measurements, so u get the cloth to fit your table. I will recommend to my friends.

I ordered table cloth and table protector shield. I gave the wrong measurements for the last item and Yamam replaced it free of charge. At all times helpful. I ordered a tablecloth and napkins and when they arrived I realised I did not make the right choice. I contacted the company and spoke to Yaman who was very helpful and said I could change the items. On a subsequent call another helpful colleague, Farhad suggested I pick some sample fabric before I made my decision which I did. The samples arrived swiftly and so did my selection. They even waived the difference in price and said to keep the original order. This is exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend this company and will order from them again.

After relentlessly searching the big named stores for a tablecloth, I came upon Direct Linen. The tablecloth I ordered was the Linen Union one. I am very impressed with the quality, workmanship and service from Direct Linen. I emailed the company upon receipt of the goods to thank them and let them know how impressed I was with the tablecloth. I received a very nice email back. Would definitely recommend this company.

Been trying to get a decent tablecloth for months, nothing suitable. Eventually happened on offer of custom sized tablecloths by Direct Linen. Perfect! Tablecloth is excellent, very pleased with it and at last able to get a tablecloth which fits our table beautifully. Very fast delivery once ordered. Excellent.

The tablecloths and napkins I ordered were beautifully finished in a beautiful fabric to my exact measurements and look absolutely stunning on the table. They were also delivered, at my request, to a very tight deadline, by UPS who delivered exactly when they said they would straight to the door. An absolutely beautiful product supported by amazing service by the Direct Linen team and their courier service. Thrilled with this experience - SO hassle-free.

There was a problem with Royal Mail not delivering the template I sent to have a table protector made but once that was sorted out Direct Linen delivered the item within a few days. Quality and accuracy are excellent.

I had been looking for a suitable tablecloth for months but couldn't find the right colour. In desperation I turned to the internet and found Direct Linen. I was able to order exactly the colour, size and finish that I needed. The tablecloth arrived in about 10 days and was exactly what I wanted. The colour was perfect and it looked and felt more expensive than the price I paid.

First time ordering from Direct Linen and I am delighted with the tablecloth. It has been tricky to find the correct size for my large oval dining table. So pleased I have found a company that produces a wide range of quality products. Will definitely order again. Service was also excellent with quick delivery.

Ordered 2 x tablecloths. Didn't get a sample of edging but took the chance as some good reviews. When they came they immediately looked tacky and nothing like the high quality I expected at just under £100 each. The edging material was pulled and not stitched/finished correctly which looked poor quality too. I complained and was offered 10% off future orders, useless as would never order from this company again. It would have been so much cheaper to buy two good quality sheets. Never again & poor customer service :((
