Excellent customer service
Was looking into getting an affordable 3/4 joint cue to replace my existing centre joint cue with similar specs. Found them through Pool School on youtube. I placed my order along with a discounted aluminium case. Within the hour I was contacted to be informed that my desired colour case was not available and was informed of the available colours. But on top of that I was offered a slightly more expensive leatherette case at no extra cost which I ended up going for (Though I'm not sure why it doesn't seem to be normally available on their website). My cue arrived in it's case well packaged and I'm getting on well with my new cue.
Overall I had a very positive experience with them and will likely look to them if I'm interested in buying any pool accessories in the future.

No fuss service
Had an issue with some damage with my first cue. Sent them a message and it was actioned almost immediately, new cue sent and old one collected. No fuss. I'm more than happy with the service I received.

Ordered Brittania cue
Ordered a cue from table time sports .. messaged the company to ask for a specific tip size . Got a prompt reply from Craig who was very helpful and kept me up to date with everything . Cue was received a couple of days later in perfect condition and well packaged . Forgot to add a promo id seen on pool school for some wee freebies and mentioned to Craig and he was happy to honour this and sent them out . Would not hesitate to use table time sports again ..an absolute pleasure to do business with . Give them a go you won't be disappointed.
