Still waiting 2 weeks later for item I paid £18 for delivery for. Have emailed the company and in a nice way the reply was “just wait longer” no replies to attempts to communicate. No tracking number. Ordered on Dec 5th and still nothing. Really upsetting and anxious it won’t be here for Xmas, or even at all at this rate.
To edit, I received my order on Dec 21st. Box battered. And the large size is far too small, so will need to send back at probably more cost to myself.
