TacRight emergency radio. I purchased this for an emergency which I now am in. I'm a victim of Hurricane Beryl in Houston. Power has been off for days. So I get out my TacRight radio. The charging station doesn't work no matter what I do. I've done everything it has suggested in the instructions and nothing. I see people seem to be happy with TacRights customer service, but I can't even find where or how to contact them. I'm not even wanting a refund, just a replacement or at least discuss with them if I'm doing something wrong. At this moment in time I have no choice but to give them a rating of 1.

Shipment was packed and concealed with no bumps or bruising if he products received. Everything was prompt. I had a few questions in a couple other items I ordered and emailed he support team and it was handled in a timely manner and the email was sent in the afternoon and resolved within 2 hours. Great company from authenticity of products to shipping and to customer service who took the problem head on and resolved problem same day

Work great and does what I I need

Customer service was above and beyond. I ordered one premium and five other boxes. Premium item and two others are great. I’m disappointed in the Evatac knife as it doesn’t lock in an open position, making it very, very dangerous to use. The small multitool is useless as well as the round thing that opens to a small knife, that is again, dangerous because you can’t really grip it.

I got my gear in just a few days after I placed my order. The gear looks like it is quality made. Hopefully it will be as durable as I expect it will be.

I really like the quality of your items and the speedy delivery. Looking forward to my next box. Thanks for having such a great company.
