Exceptional customer service
I had ordered a set of eyepro, but it turned out the stock data on the webpage was wrong, and it was out of stock. Instead of delaying the order or offering to buy something else (I had ordered the cheapest option, so I'd have to pay extra then), they fulfilled the order with a more expensive version of the product (extra lenses included) FOR FREE. That's how you own up for mistakes. 11/10 will shop again

Defense 4 sleeping bag.
It got to me extremely fast for coming from Latvia. I tried the Defense 4 bag as soon as I let it loft out. Very warm. I look forward to trying it out on a camping trip soon.
