This company want reporting for their lies and deceit. They sent me the wrong goods then offered me 20% if I kept them . What a joke ,I told them I wanted a full refund and have had nothing but hassle with them. Please do not deal with this company

Ordered 32-34" waist trousers from Ta(c)tical web site; led to believe UK based. After 3 weeks, Large size delivered, measured as 38" waist. After a week of pointless emails from China, they demanded I return wrong size trousers at my expense before they would send the size I ordered.. another 3 weeks. Impasse, despite they acknowledged the error! Called my bank (Barclays) & explained the issues, they gave me a refund 45 minutes later & are chasing supplier over fake UK trading base claim

Ordered fleece from company. I didn’t like it so contacted them regarding return
They advised that I could keep the item and resale if give to family / friend and offered 20% refund
Feel completely ripped off

ordered a 32 Waist. and 34 leg in some outoor trousers. They sent me a 32 waist and a 29leg far too small for me. I couldnt believe it. When I emailed to comaplain. They actually sad there may be a change in size....so they knew theyd sent the wrong size! (See their email below)

There may be a slight deviation in the pants
If you don't mind keeping it, we'd like to offer a 30% refund.And you can keep the item for family or sell for others.Please tell us what you think.

They then reufused to pay for return of item and wated me to pay £25 to return them (nearly as much as the trousers)

We are sorry to hear that, our return warehouse is in USA right now. If you want to return the products, we will give you the USA return center address, and you will need to send the package to our warehouse in USA. Please let us know your decision.

I WONT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I ADVISE YOU NOT TO EITHER
