Non-Existent Customer Service
I purchased a Christmas gift from their website. Since I'm not using the product I cannot review it's quality. This review is strictly on their customer service.
My son-in-law wants to exchange one of the items in a multiple item purchase. We have tried multiple times to complete the transaction online with no success. The issue is, a credit shows for the returning product through the process, but when we get to check out the credit disappears. We have tried to communicate with them through all their options calling, texting, emailing, and chat multiple times with no human response. I have received only bot and automated responses.
If this was a purchase that I made for myself I would have long since returned everything and washed my hands of this company.
In and aside, I'll add I never received receipt for my purchase from this company.
