I ordered a sticker from them and just happened to check my PayPal account only to see they added a $25 charge for the "club". Absolutely no way to get a hold of a person, their online site for customers goes in circles......BEWARE THIS IS A SCAMMER SITE

This company is scam. They signing you up for a membership without telling you, basically stealing your money. do not buy ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

I found a number to call and cancel my subscription from tactical brotherhood. I received email notification of cancellation within 24 hours. Let's see if it works. The number is, 888-253-7639. I hope this helps us all.

This site did the same thing to me. I just purchased two stickers with a free trial to their wholesale club. BUT, there is no way out of this club and they automatically enroll you at $19.95 per month, with no notice or warning.
I see this as an illegal scam to get as many months of payments they can get out of you as they can.

Same experience. I never sign up for recurring stuff. I have already been scammed so I watch. I did not sign up but still got charged three months before I noticed and can't get it back. So, do they sign people up who buy I wonder??? What's worse, I did not even get the product. They said they gave me the UPS # and they show delivered so refused to even to let me speak to a manager or do anything else. They just said not our problem. Don't buy from them. You might not get yours either and you won't get a refund or another product or even a manager to say I am sorry that happened. They really don't care about scamming people obviously. You have to care who you spend with these days. Corps take our money and disrespect us. Don't support these crooksters. Buy from people who deliver the product and don't try to scam you with monthly charges you did not sign up for. Should be investigated.

This company is a rip off. Charge keeps recurring monthly and it’s difficult to cancel.

Oh, where the start,first of all I was supposed to get a free tactical, high-quality knife for signing up but months later and after countless amounts of emails and voice messages the knife shows up as a Smith and Wesson (supposedly) but was Chinese worse than walmart Special. Then waited for information to receive discounts on all kinds of other technical gear and never heard anything but believe me they were never late on billing so after three months of paying $60 a month and nothing for it I get some stickers they were kind of cool but by that time the last thing I was going to do is promote this company the way it stood, another two months and still no other information or contact. So made a phone call (i got the number from my bank) to cancel went through the hoops of fire and the red tape for no response then two more phone calls with the same thing, eventually threatening to cancel the credit card if that’s what it took to get their attention and got a phone call from some guy in a far away foreign land in the Middle East somewhere and I just ask them to politely cancel and stop billing and after three rounds of him trying to offer me a better deal he cut the price down to somewhere between $10 and $15 I actually forget at that point, I told him that if he can give me that price that it was a company full of thieves charging $60 for something they obviously could make money at at $10 or $15. I do have to say he canceled that time and I haven’t been charged since but now I watch all the comments of the guys talking about woke ism and how they left is so terrible which I agree with but I wonder how many of these people realize that they are falling right into their trap and doing exactly what the left wants them to do lol supporting the very same people our children are fighting 🤦‍♂️

I ordered back on the 13 of April and have still not received any product or a tracking number. Unable to contact to get information. Very poor service will be filing charges for fraud.

Same experience as other reviewers. I cancelled my membership within the trail period and was subsequently charged the 19.95 for that month and now for the 2nd time. Tactical "Brotherhood", you should be ashamed of how you do business. Also, contacted the number provided on the website. It's an auto responder that told me I'd be receiving a text and that was the best way to receive help. Never got the text, never got the help.

I bought something from them and they then charge me for a membership or something even before I get the item. I cannot get a good email address or a good phone number to call them. After I received the order info, I told them I wanted to cancel and membership, but they did it anyway. I can’t login to the site because it says I don’t have an account or have ordered anything from them. This has to be a scam.

You scammed me I purchased a shoulder bag for 6.45 and you charged me an additional 72.97 for nothing I've made a complaint to the BBB I want my money back the 72.97 was a fraudulent charge! I would like a refund asap. Ref.#265297754

This company is a scam. I ordered two stickers for $6.95 two months ago and never asked or sign for a membership. They have charged my account $19.99 two consecutive months I have canceled my subscription and they're still charging my bank so now I have to shut my debit card down do not buy from this company

I wish I could give it 0 stars. My complaint is the same as everyone else. A while back ordered a sticker and was being charged $19.95 a month and managed to get that stopped. Now it started back up. I'm guilty for not checking my bank statements but my wife is battling cancer so the bank statements were the last thing on my mind. I can't get through "mailbox is full" everyday. I finally put in a complaint with the BBB and hope it helps because they have so many. I went to my bank and they are going to start a fraud investigation and they also red flagged the company so if anyone in the FULTON BANK area of Pennsylvania will be notified if a charge pops up. It's so sad that this organization is supposed to be a so called brotherhood for our service men and women and they steal people's money.

Ordered 3 things and have been charged 19.99 a month ever since. I have attempted to call the 800 number and every time I get left on eternal hold. Complete scam do trust this company

i ordered 2 stickers from Tactical Brotherhood and have since had $19.99 a month taken from my bank account for a membership i did not approve to be billed for. i ordered the stickers 7/13/2022 and paid with my debit card, now 2 months later still haven't cancelled account. this company is a scam and fraudulent! i would stay clear of this business!

It's unfortunate that the have come to resort to sleazy sales tactics like a hidden "free trial to their Wholesale Membership", which inevitably leads to surprise charges on your credit card. It's no wonder they have an "F" rating with the BBB. Our veterans, and indeed fellow Americans, deserve better.
