Delivered with no issues to Finland in less than a week from the order. Such speed is rare nowadays even when mailing something inside Finland.

Only minus was, that although they sent the receipt, they did not sent separate email for sending the delivery, nor mention it in the receipt. As most do, it left me wondering for few days are they sending it.

I bought a product from Tactical store on the 23rd of October.
When it didn't arrive I contacted Tactical store and UPS but they were both dreadful. Many of my messages to tactical store went unanswered.
Eventually, the product turned up in December but it was the the wrong model!!
Avoid this company, their customer service is appealing

The price of the ASG CZ 805 BREN A2 DT-GRAY went from € 233 to € 292 in a 3-minute cusestion. What it cost me to decide whether to buy it or not. Once I added it to my cart, the price increased to € 292 and its original price to € 438, when I was going to buy it, it was € 324 its original price.

Well, the first thing is that this is illegal on Black Friday (increasing prices by supply and demand) and the second thing is that after sending them an email asking for explanations, they treated me like a stupid and that I did not know what I was talking about.

Also, the shipping rate is high.

I'm leaving this bad review as a last resort to get some help.
After some logistical errors the package was lost at the courier in my country. Besides the fact that it took 3 weeks to arrive and that the shipping was an eye watering €30, all the assistance I got was from a Swedish DHL agent, after which Tacticalstore never replied. This was all happening back in April/May. I opened another email support ticket a few weeks ago, I messaged them here on Facebook a few days ago and still no reply for a month now and my money is in their bank. I understand the store might be serious in Scandinavia but if anyone reading this is in the EU please be aware, the shipping is very dodgy. I'm waiting for a representative to email/reply to me so we can discuss my refund.
