When we first started we used one of the big website companies you see on tv but we always had a problem with some international customers unable to buy our wheels but our providers couldn't resolve. Thankfully with Tactile this has not been a problem and we can now sell our product to all countries including the one's we had problems with before like Canada and Argentina. Very Happy!!

We have been using Tactile Solutions for a few years now. We have seen great results increasing our Social media profile and generating a lot of new leads in the most cost effective way possible both on social media and directly to through the web site purpose built by Tactile too.
We also use Tactile's CRM system which allows us to manage accounts and track customer information in the best way so you don't forget to call back that important lead with a pop up alert at set times!

I can't rate Tactile Pay high enough. From my first interactions with the company, the customer service has been outstanding. Being someone who isn't that tech savvy, I have never felt like any of my silly questions have been an inconvenience, instead they have been very swiftly and helpfully answered. The whole software was explained to me so thoroughly that I instantly felt very confident in using it. It has saved me so much time - no more chasing payments for me! I've joined their Tactile Pay platform for my Yoga classes. Invoicing customers and receiving payments has never been so easy. I was using another platform before and had lots of issues to set it up and invoicing customers. As soon as I moved to Tactile Pay everything became really easy and user friendly. Also their customer support is top quality, they are super responsive and set up my account in less than 24h.
