Worst internet provider in history of…
Worst internet provider in history of mankind. Can't even watch YouTube videos even if you set to 360p. This is absurd. Only time Internet works well is during day and night (when people are not home or sleeping) weekend is hell. I had to top up many times my sim card internet to get access to the web because TADAAM just doesn't work during 90% of the weekend. I don't know why they don't fix their problem.

Hi Tolga, thank you for your review! Based on your feedback, it looks like the antennas in your area might become saturated during weekends, which results in temporarily decreased speeds. Unfortunately, we have no control over this, so it's not possible to provide a solution for this. ☹️
WiFi worked straight out the box
WiFi worked straight out the box, great for Teams teleworking and Netflix. Had a problem to get the TV channels to work reliably, but then connected the TV (SmartTV SAMSUNG) with network cable to the modem (white box), and TADAAM! it works perfectly, don't understand why because the TV channels come over the HDMI cable from the decoder box (black box) its self connected over a network cable to the modem.

Terrible connectivity
Terrible connectivity. Slow, entitled costumer service.
I highly recommend going to Proximus.
I also recommend a training program for the costumer service department so other costumers do not have to talk to 7 DIFFERENT person about something.

the internet wasn't available for many days
the internet wasn't available for many days, they couldn't figure out what happend, and I live on Etterbeek. They were unable to reinstall the service at all. Once I cancelled the subscribtion I have received information that I can use service till the end of my billing period! the service that is not availbale at all. And I have requested a refund. i will file a formal complaint. This service is a joke with poor custemer service as well. Scam, do not reccommend.

Super fast delivery, good connection
Super fast delivery, I ordered it in the evening and was delivered the next day. Super easy to install, in just a couple of minutes I was able to use wifi already and the tv apps. Connection was good, since day 1 of having tadaam we didn’t have any issues with it. I was worried in the beginning that I might encounter connection issues with my work since I am working home-based but up until now we never had any issues with it. :)

Easiest and fastest solution
I choose to use Tadaam because I had some trouble with other providers and I couldn't wait to have internet. I first thought it was going to be a temporary solution but I was (and still I'm) very satisfied with the internet. It's been a few years and I still use Tadaam for internet. It's also come with the TV so I'm really satisfied to have all of that for that price!

Convinient and Affordable
Being an expat, buying tadaam was a good choice as its easy to plug and use and its portability. I have been using it for three months and the network was never disconnected. Compared to orange flybox the network service is far better and the speed is faster.
