Before You Join Fitness Coach Academy, Read This
Taeler is magnetic, passionate, and deeply committed to helping coaches succeed. Her energy is contagious, and she genuinely wants her students to win. She has solid systems in place to support you once you start gaining clients, and she provides helpful guidance around building a personal brand, creating personalized content, and even when (and when not) to use tools like ChatGPT.
Where the program fell short for me was in the area of content strategy. There isn’t a strong emphasis on how to create high-performing content, analyze what’s working, or improve visibility through data-driven strategy. If you’re looking for in-depth guidance on how to grow your audience, increase views, and refine messaging based on performance metrics, that piece isn’t deeply covered.
A large part of the strategy centers around outbound outreach — primarily cold DMs. While reaching out can absolutely create opportunity, I personally found it exhausting and unsustainable. If your content isn’t already strong and authoritative, it can be difficult to build credibility through DMs alone. For me, this approach led to burnout and didn’t translate into income, even with the program guarantee.
I think this program could be a great fit for someone who:
• Is comfortable with direct outreach and sales conversations
• Already has solid content skills
• Thrives in high-energy, outbound environments
For me, it wasn’t aligned with how I want to build my business long-term. I’ve realized I value authority-based visibility and strategic content over heavy cold outreach.
Overall, Taeler brings passion and heart — but make sure the sales method and marketing style match your personality and strengths before investing.
