Did the truereset retreat with Tom and Lee and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Both the guys are really knowledgeable in their fields, really encouraging and very positive people. Full of knowledge to help you throughout the day and I definitely learnt things I’ll employ going forward. Great location and well organised. Did a number of different activities that challenge you in different ways and it’s a great way to spend the day. Good company to keep of like minded people having a laugh along the way. I’ll be doing it again!

Great workout and lots of fun. Tom and Danielle are very friendly and welcoming and it’s great I can bring my kids along so I can workout and they enjoy it very much too! Highly recommended this bootcamp 🫶🏼

Tom and Danielle are absolutely fantastic, so welcoming from the minute I got in touch. I was nervous at first having a few set backs and many operations/health issues but this truly caters for all fitness levels. I feel better than ever since starting Beach-camp! I also wear the True Fashion brand and the quality is excellent, I would 100% recommend. So glad I found these guys, I will certainly be sticking around, changed my life for the better.

Absolutely incredible!! I travel 50 minutes just attend!! It caters for all fitness levels which is brilliant as I was a packet of crisp away from being a couch potato 🤣🙈 but the friendly team really help keep you motivated to achieve your goals highly recommend 🙌😍😍😍😍😍🏝️🏝️ being on the beach is a plus 🏝️😍xx

Really good way to do some fitness whilst having fun, it feels like you’re on holiday. Great enthusiasm from the trainer really pushes you to your best abilities

I’ve been coming to the True Athletic Fitness beach bootcamp for 2 months, I absolutely love it, it’s so much fun, and a top workout. Everyone is really friendly and Tom & Danielle make you feel really comfortable & push you to get the best out yourself. The workouts have really boosted my confidence & I feel fantastic. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bootcamp is such a great experience. On the dunes, in the open air and working out with a team who are dedicated and know how to motivate you. It's hard but no pain no gain. Thank you for welcoming me into the gang 🙏

This brand is amazing. A fab fit with a range of colours and sizes … fit for all. A brand that crosses over from sports to high fashion instantly giving you a feel good factor.

Also having attended one of their retreats . I was given the opportunity to benefit from the red light therapy, I can honestly say that this brand is all about the mind body and soul.
