Horrible service, sent the wrong size and I have to pay to get them back to them. Do not buy from them!

after 1 month of waiting I get the same response: your item will ship soon! And now they wont cancel my order....

Received my shoes after 2 months, they sent me the wrong size, they offered me a $8 gift card instead of sending me the correct size and they refused to refund me. Wow - NEVER trusting these shady online retailers again, which is a shame because I want to give small businesses a chance but after this...no way

Horrible Customer Service...I wish I saw this before I ordered. Sent several emails...no response. I made a mistake on my order & they told me to "sell the pair I didn't want". WHAT?! It's been 3 weeks & still have not received my shoes. Tried to check the status of my order & email was not recognized by their system. No phone number to call & talk to anyone. Guess the next step is the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully with all the bad reviews they won't be in business much longer. I will call my bank & dispute the charge as well.

Horrible, they sent me the wrong size shoe and now they won't take it back. They actually told me to sell the shoes to someone else. WTH??
Now they are trying to tell me you order the shoe in EUR size when you can clearly see on the website you order first in US size and my receipt also states US12 on it. They told me they'd give me a $10 credit to use on another purchase. Laughable. Guess it is time to dispute with credit card company.
Wish I saw these reviews earlier.

This company is a Joke.. They take your money and after a month you will get a notice that they shipped the items and it would be 20 working days ?????

Not even one star if you order be perpared of getting run around same message from day one thanks for order, money charged on credit card with in three of days of order 28 April now 25 May still no tracking # or ETA on delivery still same message as of "May 24 tracking # coming soon order will be delivered soon, they offered me 3$ voucher for inconvience on a 170us order said in stock would arrive 5 to 20 days. Said order processing no tracking number and eta I keep sending email for tracking number just getting run around no confirmation on delivery date or order tracking number definately not amazon.com company far from it would not deal with them again. I Contacted paypal and Visa to reverse charges. Done with "Tafola"

Scam artist! BUYER BEWARE! The shoes they claim being inspected and will take months. Do not buy here

I ordered a pair of shoes from them and they still didn't ship in over a month so I contacted them to cancel my order and the customer service person was so unprofessional that they told me just wait for them and and if I didn't want to just give them to someone I knew. I have never had such a poor online experience. I would never recommend using this website

I ordered shoes. When I finally received them, they were damaged. I tried emailing, reaching out about a return/refund or exchange, even, and still haven't heard back.

Garbage customer service and garbage products. If you want to cancel your order after reading this... you're too late. They just string you along until the order arrives.

I wanted to cancel an order a few hours I placed because I saw the very bad comments about them at their Instagram account. They answered my emails saying bulls*hit and making wasting my time to let the time passes by.
They never cancelled the order neither return the money.
Their products are far from the pictures and is Chinese crap.
